i purchaser a brush hog 26 in to cut some brush , it was to arive in 2 weeks. it arived in 3 month an I PUT IT TOGEATHER and it did not run took the machine up north and found this out. Back home to a dealer to fix ,adjusted valves and it ran , went north ,it ran for 10 min an quit .back home, valves adjuster and it ran again. went to do brush in my ditch at home. it had a pully brake and destroy the belt .winter came and in spring went north . ran for 1 hr and quit . back home . fixed again in shop took home and went to start .ripped the rope from my hand. second try ripped the rope and ran backwards. Now in shop.I INSURED IT FOR 3 MORE YEARS AND MAY SOME DAY GET ONE THAT WORKS

Customer service is non-existent. I ordered my equipment on 5/23. 5/27 I get an email saying it should ship in a couple of days. A couple of days passed no shipping info. Sent them an email 3 separate times requesting an order status. 15 days later still no response regarding my order. I just hope the equipment works better than their customer service department.

Vickie was very helpful with figuring out what was wrong and what it took to fix it. She went above and beyond to ensure that my problem was resolved. Thank you for the exceptional customer support.

Adam was a pleasure to work with during my whole experience. There wasn’t one thing that did not get resolved during the few times I contacted him. I hope that if I ever need to contact Dr Power Equipment again that the agent is as nice and as helpful as Adam was. I contacted DR for some technical assistance on a mower I bought at an auction. Kevin the rep that answered my call was very helpful in supplying the information I needed about the model and replacement parts needed to so I can perform a needed repair. Kevin was very helpful and I ordered the needed parts via the website with no issues and they are scheduled to arrive today.

Easily placed the order online. Delivery was quick, accurate, and updates were timely.

Customer service for my order was very good - clear and cooperative sales person. Web site ordering needs some work - difficulty processing an order on-line.
