My equipment was shipped and delivered as scheduled. The equipment is robust and well made. Beside a minor adjustment, my DR works as advertised. I suggest DR ships 2 quarts of oil with the machines to ensure everything is on hand for prompt utilization. Additionally, the hour meter should be included with the equipment to track required maintenance.

I have had Generac Generators for years and was ALWAYS satisfied. I was in the market for a portable generator and opted for the DR Power 3000i which was delivered last week. Upon opening the box I noticed that the “Product Pack” as they call it was not in the box. As God as my witness, I called on Monday for 6 hours, Tuesday for 4 hours and today for 3 hours with absolutely no satisfaction. I spoke to Nicole on Monday and she assured me that the kit would be sent out to me. I called on Tuesday as a follow up call because she never sent me the requested email confirming the shipment to only be told that she was busy with other things and it would ship by the end of the day. Still no response on Wednesday so I called again. Now she says she can’t help me because it’s a DR product. This was after I told her the model number and serial number 3 days earlier. This company doesn’t know what they are doing and their customer service is horrendous!! I have contacted AMEX as of today and I’m disputing the bill. I will not pay for this unit until I get everything that was supposed to be included with it. Also, I will NEVER purchase another item from this company. If you have hours to waste, want to get aggravated and lose your hair in the process, then order from them. I, for one, have learned my lesson about what DR Power is all about and it’s NOT customer service. The owner(s) of this company should take notice of these negative reviews, but they won’t. They should try calling their customer service line themselves and be on hold for hours at a time to only be “accidentally disconnected”, but they won’t. You know why they won’t? Because they think they have my money and I’m no longer of value to them. News Flash..... I’m not paying until I get what was supposed to arrive with the Generator. I am done calling Customer Service. Ball is now in your court DR!!! Don’t send me some BS response back. My reference number given to me by Nicole is #7152987. Take the bull by the horn and ship my box out to me immediately. Then, and only then, will you get paid in full for the Generator.

I have been trying to get my new machine to function correctly for about a month now. I put on the parts sent, which were the same as the original parts, and it still malfunctions. Basically, it drives off without the user engaging the traction drive. Very dangerous as I tried to use it and found out the hard way. I think there is a simple fix but I cannot get a hold of anyone, engineer wise, who can verify. The last tech said I should take it to a shop and leave it there for a couple weeks. This nearly $4000 brand new machine should not need to go to a shop and I verified the OEM parts do not fix the issue anyway. I believe the tension on the belt can be fixed by using a 34.5" or 35" belt, which will allow the traction lever to function and relieve shift pressure. But I cannot get a response on the customer portal. I just need a more advanced tech to call me so I can explain. Otherwise I guess I am stuck paying a couple hundred dollars to return this brand-new machine, which I truly do not believe is fair. It does seem to cut though, but you have to turn it off and wiggle it to shift into reverse and turn it off and wiggle it again to shift back into a forward gear. However, on an incline it’s almost impossible to wiggle it enough to shift into another gear. Afraid the shift cables will not last long doing this and it takes up much time doing this over and over. Very disappointed so far and stressed because I paid more for this one thinking you get what you pay for.

I ordered a field and brush mower on 07-13 and it said it would ship in 6 to 9 days. When I called the 1st time I was told it was running a week late. When I called again I was told 3 days it should ship. Today 08-10 I was told it should ship 08-26 What a POS company!! If you go to the website now it states will ship within 6 to 9 days. The parent company Generac should ring some necks at DR!! I will never buy anything from them again. If the smallest thing goes wrong with it I will ship it back within the 6 Mo trial. I should have gone to a great company like Tractor Supply

I placed an order for edger on 6/30/20 I have not received a call back nor an email. I do realize tha shipping is approximately 4 to 5 weeks but I would think your company would update us. Thinking of canceling order all together. Sincerely Laura

Navigating the site was a breeze. Check out was simple, and the product arrived much faster than I ever expected. I would definitely recommend DR to my friends and family. And the equipment performed better than advertised.

My big complaint is that within the first 15 minutes of operation the blade angle latch broke and disabled the edger. I emailed DR 7/26/2020 about the problem and haven't received any followup. I've tried to call several times and no answer for 30 minutes or more, except for sales which answers in the first 5 or 10 rings and switches me to service, which never answers. I'm now trying to return the unit, but no progress there. I've requested my credit card to stop payment, so we'll see what happens, but they haven't been able to get DR to contact me either. I like the way the edger looks and the features. However, its top heavy, very hard to push on damp or wet ground ( I was planning on putting larger wheels on the back). It was very hard to hold the front wheels up because there is no place to push against with your foot to keep it from rolling backwards while trying to push the handle down.
