I already own a trimmer/mower and have used it for several years. Couldn't be happier. Then I saw the self-propelled/electric start unit and could not resist it. Put it together, added oil and fuel, pushed the start button and viola. It took some getting used to the variable speed drive and if I was not careful it would drag me around the yard. Had a problem with the trimmer cord because I did not have time to soak it in water. That really makes a difference. Order the new locking head and can't wait for it to get here.

First- I like my DR Weed eater! BUT I called in to "try" to figure out "which" DR I have, "when" it was purchased & the "Model" Number". No one seems to be able to help me? Also I ordered the disk part for my "Quick-change" head" I it is going to take 9 to 11 "Business Days" to get to me. That is just too long when you NEED the machine!! Disappointed!!!!

Second time ordering parts and not hearing a word about when it was to ship and had to call just to find out that ya'll can't get anything out the door in less than four weeks at best. Have three machines from ya'll and when they won't run no more that's the last time i will own anymore.

I called and talked to a man named Roger.In about 2 minutes I placed the order and 4 days later I received my mower.Roger made it fast and easy.

I bought the walk-behind DR in March of 2024. It has broken 8 times in 2 years. When I take it to the repairman approved by DR (which is a long way away), they usually take 3 weeks up to 4 months to fix it. If you consider these details, you can see that the machine has been operational for me for less than 250 days in that 2 years--and its a new machine! The only good thing is that they did pay (via warranty) for the repairs. However, when I mentioned to them that my 2-year-old machine has less than 20 hours on it, has broken 8 times and been unusable most of the time, they said that would do nothing about it. I highly recommend not buying anything from DR. The equipment is no good and they do not stand behind it.

I have heard nothing since I ordered? Do you think I received item to leave a review? Where is item?

When you order parts don't expect to get them within a month or two horrible service for delivery of parts

Customer service stinks. New machine doesn’t run more than it does. When you need a replacement part it takes weeks with the same old runaround about warehouse issues and other things. Also expensive. Look elsewhere for a reliable customer friendly company.
