Order the DR LEAF VAC PRO SP 9.2 HP ES in early March. No indication on their site of any delays (even today, 2 months later, it shows it will ship immediately). They keep authorizing charges on my credit card and when I check for tracking, am told a new date each time of shipment. Have now had to hire landscaping crews for cleanup and been told today that the new "estimated" shipping is June 13th. Given the continual delays, I'll be plowing snow before this thing ever arrives. Buyer beware - these are not in stock, the website is misleading, you will constantly have holds placed on your card, they will charge for and ship accessories to a piece of equipment you haven't even received, and you will likely never get your product ordered.

Free shipping would of been great. I'm a long time customer and I continually order all the time. I will be cutting back since your charging shipping now

We paid almost $2000 for a push mower and the belts have broke 3 times now in 2 years of owning it. 1st time was during my husband's 5th mow after getting it. I was then told by customer service we will need to fix it ourselves. We have NEVER claimed to be a small engine mechanic and I assumed that's what the warranty is for. Once again my husband went to mow and both belts broke after 4 swips. The only place that does DR repair closed so now we are screwed with this expensive piece of metal. We are currently having to pay someone to mow our grass for us. I would NOT recommend DR brand. I wish they would have picked up this lemon the 1st time I complained about it and I even asked them to. Customer service rep replied with "you will have to pay for shipping to send it back to us" ma'am we were sold a lemon. Nothing but pure disappointment in this mower and customer service.

Buyer beware! I purchased a DR PRO 420 Chipper which broke within the first month of ownership. I used the device 3 times; all branches were under the 4" chipping capacity. Fortunately, the service department is trying to be helpful, but the company policy is 'no returns on any machine that has gas or oil in it.' In other words, you can't return a faulty machine despite the 2-year warranty. They will set you up with a 3rd party service department but you're responsible for transporting the device. Had I known this policy prior to purchase I would not have purchased from DRPower Equipment.

I purchased a new tow-behind field and brush mower online and it does not work. It has started a few times but cuts out when I try to engage the blade. I've been through the trouble shooting check list but nothing helps. I have called customer service and they connect me to the warranty dept who just leaves me on hold. I have ask for a return and refund but noone will talk with me. I feel ripped-off!

The representative I spoke with was professional, polite, and proficient at his job.

The online parts availability made it easy to obtain the right part for my DR mower and have it shipped quickly

Easy ordering. Great description, specifications, and photos. Oh, did I mention the free shipping? I look forward to delivery.
