poor customer service . got several different date for shipment order E001837781I said if not shipping in June cancel it they cancelled it on 5/29 so guess the 6/20 date was yet another lie spoke to customer service today and was notified these have been back ordered since November 2023

I purchased an edger for over $400 dollars and complained the the edger would not hold a straight line. They sent me to Hooper Equipment in Murfreesboro TN After Taking it and picking it up three times I was informed that they (Hooper) felt the equipment was okay. DR equipment would not warranty the equipment and the JUNK still is in my barn. I offered to send DR equipment a Video but they decline. I not only give DR equipment one star but also Hooper equipment. Beware of these two company's. Yes I'm still more than a little angry but hope others will take it as a warning.
