Only real issue I had with Drop was the Massdrop Flex chair, otherwise I had no issues with Drop. I know the shipping times can be a bit long sometimes and that can allow similar items to go on sale for similar to or better prices, but I've been very happy with Massdrop since I joined (typing this on an Alt with keycaps I ordered from Drop.)

Drop makes some mistakes, sometimes. Sometimes the products aren’t 100% what you thought. Sometimes the products are delayed a little, sometimes a lot. However, these are extremely niche products! Things their respective communities may have never been able to find or that would never have been produced without a site like Drop backing them. Even with their issues, Drop is excellent. Five stars for sure.

The variety and usefulness of products has diminished dramatically in the last year. I see the same products over and over and less variety than ever before. Massdrop was a good site for learning about products within my interests and finding discounts. Drop seems focused on their own redundant collaborations. I've been considering unsubscribing

Drop is very easy to do business with. Good customer service, good pricing. My only real issue is with shipping times, so just dont buy expecting to get an in stock item quickly. Expect about ten days.
