Customer service was prompt and professional, my issue was resolved as quickly and as best as could be reasonably expected. Katlyn was great!

Ordered off Amazon. Shipped from Drop. Used Keyboard. No feet included. Smudged Keys. Static powers off the board. Take hand off board to have a sip of a beverage... put hand back on board.... zap... have to unplug, re-plug in, and wait for board to power up.

Awful service. sent half my order (I'm in the UK). I reported that only one of the two packages in the consignment had arrived. They said they would send the second again; they didn't and after a while I spoke to Drop again about it. Was told because my original order had been a while ago that I now wouldn't receive the items; nor a refund.

Customer support was very quick and responsive. Almost to quick if there can be such a thing. Able to take care of my needs and then some. Would recommend the Drop company.

I ordered 3 different products, two on Amazon and one on Drop on the same day. I received my Amazon products 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting on my Drop ordered product. I really don't think I will order from Drop again.

I ordered DROP headphones after a very popular streamer/content creator suggested they were the best gaming headphones. The ones I received didn’t work as well as they should especially the microphone. When I reached out to DROP they asked that I return the product so they could send a new in its place. They DID NOT offer to pay for the return shipping, nor did they even offer an apology about the defect in the product that they are well aware of has a defect. They told me so themselves that they are aware of the product’s strong chances of being a dud. To date, they have not offered an apology and I had to shell out an extra $15 to ship the dud back to them, and I am currently waiting on the new replacement. My fingers are crossed it works. I was going to wait to get that item before leaving a 1-star review, but since they’ve asked me to rate my experience, here we are. These guys suck, hopefully their headphones don’t. 🤞 UPDATE: The new headphones were worse than the last ones. Not only did the microphone not work, but the headphone sound was extremely low. Trust me, I worked on all the settings, researched user solutions from the internet (since DROP doesn't have any solutions), and none of them worked. When I relayed this information back over to customer support their only recourse was to do another pay for return exchange. They were unwilling to take back the product for a refund or give me a reimbursement for the shipping I had paid for returning the first pair. So I'm back to square one and with less dollars in my wallet and no headphones. This company should be ashamed of, not only, their product, but also the customer support. They should be embarrassed. I will never buy a product from this company with this kind of track record.

Excellent customer service! Very happy with my many purchases from Drop. An issue did come up once (it happens), but Drop was responsive and made it right.
