Customer service is amazing! I wanted to change my order after submitting it. I contacted customer service and even though I couldn't change it before it was shipped, they immediately sent me a return shipping label to return the item I wanted to change to. Items have already shipped one day after being ordered.

The customer service is wonderful. They responded after business hours and sent me a second shipment because my original appeared to have been lost in the mail. Then my original showed up and they handled the return of the second shipment quickly. All in all a great experience so far.

I ordered a doubleup stand, ball and program from doubleup. I accidentally ordered 2 of the balls and program. I went to their online return site and messaged them what had happened. Within 2 minutes the situation was rectified and they credited my account and changed my order—-they were faster than if I talked to them by phone. Great customer service
