Great way for young kids to learn and improve their basketball skills.

I just want consumers to be fully aware you are not buying a ball to be used along with an instruction video on YouTube, etc. for free. As with so many scams out there now, when you buy this, you are automatically enrolled into a membership where they charge you each month. Read everything on their website before you purchase from this crowd or you may end up buying a VERY EXPENSIVE ball. If you are not good with electronics or the internet or don't have time to deal with setting this stuff up and keeping up with it then don't get trapped. Also, if you are not sure you're child is going to spend the time required to listen and follow a video telling them how to play, you might need to think twice about getting involved with it. A good coach can teach this same stuff while your kid is at practice. I can't imagine the instructors in these videos learned their skills from a video. I'm not saying nobody could benefit from this, I just feel they could put it in BIG BOLD letters about the charges continuing monthly. I was told to get it for a gift for my grandson but it has ended up costing me more than a good soccer camp would have. Live and learn ........

Bought the ball as a gift and did not realize it was an auto renewing subscription. Reached out to the company and they said no refunds. No help at all. Subscription wasn't even being used.

Total scam! They sneakily charge you every month although we never used their service. We contacted them about it. They said they cannot reimburse us and did not cancel our membership. It is impossible to cancel with them. They have been charging us sneakily for almost four years. Trainings are also not good at all. Free youtube videos are better.

I was super excited about this ball. Unfortunately it was stolen and i cancelled the membership. Almost 2 years later, I see a dribble up charge, I logged into the account and it is saying it’s active. I immediately cancelled and reached out to customer service bc when the website said I cancelled my membership, obviously it glitched and I was getting charged all this time. I told them you can see there is no activity on the account. They responded “I don’t see a cancellation” we can’t do anything past 30 days! Are you kidding?! I will never order their products again. What kind of customer service is that? I did my part, something messed up on their end.

My daughter loves doing the drills. Customer service was fast. The only thing I would say is you're packaging was not so good. The box was all damaged and almost opened. Otherwise everything was great. Thank you.
