Giving dribble up Basketball as a gift, had various questions as to membership transfer, recurring monthly subscription etc and all questions promptly answered and to great satisfaction.

DribbleUp is absolutely game-changing! My son is becoming a much improved handler of the rock! He is becoming a student of the game at 11 and putting in the time with his lessons. I can also say that this company stands by their product 100% and their service is top notch.

There was a misunderstanding on my part about the start of membership. I didn’t select the box to start it on Christmas so I assumed that it wouldn’t start until I contacted them. Well, I receivable email stating that the membership would be starting the day that I receive my order which will be next week. I responded to the email and provided the aforementioned information and with NO HESITATION they changed the start date to Christmas. Now I want be paying for the membership until my son actually receives the gift. The process was very smooth.

customer service was amazing

I did not like having an expensive subscription sprung on me after ordering. This is such a gimmick to create a subscription you forget about and they're just cashing in each month until you realize and finally cancel it. Focus on selling the product and not sucker people with a subscription!

I recently ordered 2 dribble up basketballs and had a question about membership. I send an email to customer service on a Sunday not expecting a reply for at least a day or two. I received a response back within a few hours. The response was very helpful answered my questions and provided resources for additional assistance if needed. Way to go dribbleup! Thank you!
