Ball arrived Saturday, via mailman handing it to my son (who it was intended for as a Christmas gift). By Sunday, I am being charged a fee for something that isn't even being used nor opened for another 15 days. I feel like I basically just paid $40 for a yellow basketball. I feel bamboozled and conned.

Great customer service. They were very helpful and fast. No questions asked and replaced a broken stand. Now the dribble up app and basketball have really made my daughters more confident dribbling on the court. We could see a difference within a week. I would highly recommend.

Emails aren't answered. Does not work on Android based Amazon Fire Tablet. The basketball program is NOT appropriate for 6 year old. Way to advanced. If I can ever get a response, I will be returning the ball.

I bought for my grandson and he didn’t use the subscription. All I did was send an email and they canceled the subscription. Have never experienced such ease with cancellation of anything. These peeps have awesome customer service! I hesitated to buy because I figure it would be a hassle but no hassle at all!

I purchased two items as Christmas Gifts so I have not given them out yet, but I accidently ordered a baseball glove incorrectly (wrong hand) and after receiving the order I realized this. Customer service was excellent in getting this returned and re-ordered very quickly. I recommend this company highly.
