DribbleUp Customer Service by far exceeded our expectations! We were so excited to purchase the DribbleUp Soccar ball for our son for Christmas, I ordered the wrong ball. I emailed them the day after delivery noting what had happened. They responded ASAP with a return label and shipped the correct ball the very next day. Our experience so far has been exceptional!

Was charged a monthly membership fee without being aware. Customer service agent “Mark” was extremely rude and not helpful to our cancellation process. Thankfully a higher up made all right. Will not recommend this product because of the hidden costs associated.

Purchased a ball in August 2023 for my 6 year old first time playing soccer. Unaware of ball sizes my wife got the size 5 ball. We recently found out that he needs a smaller ball. Wrote to customer service to ask for some type of exchange and their reply to me was buy a new ball. I was happy to pay for monthly fee but this lack of empathy leaves a bad taste. What am I going to do with 2 dribble up balls. Will probably cancel service and look at different options.

Ordered as a gift and got lost in the mail, not their fault. However, since it can no longer be a gift since it’s been lost so long, I asked for a refund as I don’t need it anymore. They refused and are still sending another one just for me to return it, if it actually arrives. They also charged me for the monthly membership when I never even authorized it nor did I receive the product. Never again.

Great product, my son loves it! As a bonus, customer service is the best! My order was delivered to the wrong address because of post office mistake, dribble up immediately sent me a replacement.
