Solid customer service
Solid customer service. However, I still haven't received my refund yet. I ordered the wrong ball and needed to send it back, and wanted a refund.

Having to talk to a live person would be best. I am waiting to get a return label sent to me so that I can return the soccer ball. I wanted to order the basketball.

They have designed a user experience that makes it extremely easy to sign up, but nearly impossible to cancel. I simply could not locate my account, nor could I reach someone to try to cancel. After several attempts, I have to notify my credit card to put a stop to their charge. UPDATE: After spending time with their customer service on line, and giving them my payment info, they were able to track down my account and cancel it. However, they could have avoided all of these problems if they simply do one thing: show what the 'customer ID' is on their APP, and allow the user to look up their account info using their customer ID. This will be able to solve all of the above problems that I have mentioned. The fact that they didn't, and yet make you jump through the hoops (and spending the time) with customer service just to cancel a recurring charge, still leads me to believe that they intentionally make it hard for you to leave their service, and so my original review stands.

Years of sneaky recurring charges that they don't make easy to cancel.

I was very disappointed with Dribble Up. I saw there ad and went to their website. I thought I was purchasing a basketball that came with an app for my grandson. I saw nothing about a $16 to $18 monthly subscription fee, and to my knowledge I did not authorize this subscription. After being notified that $18 had been paid by my PayPal account (in addition to the cost of the basketball, I canceled my subscription and returned the ball. The return and refund went well.

Little did I know that when you purchase the soccer ball you get automatically charged $16.99 for the Premium app usage. That just seem like a deceiving business practice, please let people decide whether they want to pay for premium or not. There is no refund so you will be stuck with it if you cancel. My son is using the app, but not interested in premium level.

Customer service does get back to you. I just wish they would use a better system than usps. My soccer ball didn't get to me in time for Christmas to give to my son this year. Not blaming this company but the ad said that it would get to me well before Christmas and now we have to wait until after to receive it. Just a little disappointed in that. Hopefully I'll be able to review the product once I actually get it.

The customer service via email is completely unhelpful. I purchased the strength ball during Black Friday and I received an email the package is delayed in transit at the USPS Phoenix facility. After 5 days with no scans I emailed customer service and was told to give it a few more days. Several days later and almost 2 weeks without any scans from USPS, I replied and requested a replacement. Again, Dribbleup customer service told me it's still in transit and to give it a few more days. This was a Christmas present and it was less than 3 weeks until Christmas. I then used the chat option for customer service and she processed a replacement right away. Don't use the email correspondence, they won't resolve anything. I understand the delay is USPS and is outside of their control. But if there hasn't been an update on the tracking for 12 days, process the replacement. The package was insured so not sure why they wouldn't.
