It’s so very comforting to deal with a family grown company. I had an issue with a product and before the week passed I had a replacement. Fast, friendly, stands by their product.

Customer service was very responsive to my questions before ordering and again when I had to change my order and had questions about start date. Oder arrived on time and as expected.

very easy to order, very quick to ship, and received within days of my order,,, me and my daughter both order without know the other one did, so i needed to return mine..Maria was very quick to help me with a return shipping label sent back that same day, now just waiting for the refund to be back on to my account.. would recommend this process to others thanks , April Dean Sullivan Indiana

Gail was quick to cancel my order (and process a full refund) which I had placed earlier in the day to only realize later that evening that my sister in law had already ordered my son a soccer ball. I’ve purchased basketballs for my son and others and in every instance had a positive experience (even when I forgot to cancel a membership for one of them). My son’s dribbling has greatly improved using the Dribble-Up basketball. Look forward to seeing his soccer skills improve as well. Highly recommend!

Customer service is amazing! I'll update this after usage. It's a Christmas gift.

The customer service via email is completely unhelpful. I purchased the strength ball during Black Friday and I received an email the package is delayed in transit at the USPS Phoenix facility. After 5 days with no scans I emailed customer service and was told to give it a few more days. Several days later and almost 2 weeks without any scans from USPS, I replied and requested a replacement. Again, Dribbleup customer service told me it's still in transit and to give it a few more days. This was a Christmas present and it was less than 3 weeks until Christmas. I then used the chat option for customer service and she processed a replacement right away. Don't use the email correspondence, they won't resolve anything. I understand the delay is USPS and is outside of their control. But if there hasn't been an update on the tracking for 12 days, process the replacement. The package was insured so not sure why they wouldn't.

I had ordered 2 soccer balls and only one arrived—Marlon was quick to respond and within a week he had rectified the situation and sent the second bal with plenty of time to get it under the tree! So excited for my grandkids to get to use their new DribbleUp!
