Great customer service was able to resolve my issue in just one email.

We had to exchange our package. And when we contacted customer service. They were quick to resolve the problem and we received a return label almost immediately.

Don't do it! You will never receive reminders or receipts for the $10 a month charge. And that will continue forever! So think of the equipment as a single $200 or $300 ball. Quality isn't worth it. Most of the 5-star reviews are given right away - I'm writing this over a year or two later (and only after finally noticing the recurring credit card charge for the gift). They are honest with the sales pitch - activation is upon delivery (whether a kid uses it or not). Customer service will not care about you - I've already corresponded with them prior to posting this. I would strongly discourage purchasing any of their products.

I received the Smart Soccer Ball very quickly. I realized I bought the wrong size for my nephew so I replied to my order email. It was responded to very quickly and included a USPS return label. When I send the USPS receipt showing the wrong size ball was sent back, they will be shipping out the new one.

It's good product!
