I bought a piano from Donner music, the piano in itself was fine, but the legs were all bent out of shape. I contacted them about this issue, and It took weeks of them talking to me like I'm stupid for them to finally accept that the legs were wrong. They then sent me only one replacement leg (not even matching the others in color or build). I again wrote them, and asked why I only got one since all the legs were bent, and asked them to send me an actual set of legs. They now informed me that they were all of a sudden unable to ship the legs. Donner does not want to help you. If you chose to buy anything Donner, pray that everything works as intended, because you will not be getting any help if you experience any flaws.

Returns process This keyboard was not for me and I decided to return it. Customer services responded to my emails without delay. The full amount was credited to my account on the day they received my return. Excellent customer service.

Terrible company! I returned a drum kit that wasn’t suitable (under their 30 day money back guarantee) and I still haven’t received the refund. This item was sent back 4 weeks ago and shows they received it! But despite me emailing them continuously they are still refusing to refund me and making various excuses. They now have £212 of my money AND the original item so I’m completely out of pocket! I’ve reported to trading standards and filed a complaint through my bank. Do not use this company!!

Google Pixel 10 pro XL Dans l'ensemble ce téléphone est bon (vu le prix c'est normal) MAIS pour les photos en macro, il est nul . J'ai eu un Pixel 7pro un Pixel 8pro, très bon (haut de gamme). C'est une catastrophe. Je l'ai retourné: réponse il est tout à fait normal...

Entreprise scandaleuse! Ce sont des voleurs; ils se sont trompés de modèle de piano, ils ns ont livré un article deux fois moins cher; ils ont reconnu leur erreur et nous ont demandé de retourner la marchandise par nos propres moyens et qu'ils ns rembourseraient à réception, le prix du piano et les frais de transport sur présentation de bon; ns avons tous fournis, facture, bon de réception signé, photos, les avons relancé 20 fois, ils ns ont remboursé le piano (en 2 fois et après insistance) mais pas les frais de transport soit 300€. Ce sont des escros, vraiment pas sérieux! À fuir!!!!!!

Ich habe einen Donner L1 gekauft, dessen Display ein lautes Rauschen verursacht und dessen Verarbeitungsqualität absolut minderwertig ist. Dadurch nicht im Studio einsetzbar. Die Rücksendung ist eine Katastrophe, ich musste ein Video erstellen und umständlich per Google Drive zur Verfügung stellen, um den Fehler zu beweisen. Das obwohl man ohnehin 30 Tage Rückgaberecht hat. Anschließend email Ping Pong mit Reaktionszeiten von mehreren Tagen. Inzwischen warte ich seit 14 Tagen auf das Rücksendeetikett. Der Vorgang wird durch den „Support“ extrem in die Länge gezogen. Ich warte nun schon wieder seit 3 Werktagen auf die Antwort zu meiner letzten Mail. Nicht empfehlenswert!!! Update zu meiner Bewertung: inzwischen ist der 19 Mai und ich habe vor einigen Wochen einen Paypal Käuferschutzfall geöffnet. Das Gerät befindet sich seit 23. April bei Donner und seit dem warte ich auf mein Geld. Der Hersteller drängt mich dazu, den Fall zu schließen weil er angeblich die Auszahlung blockiert. Das ist laut Paypal aber falsch. Paypal hat den Fall inzwischen zugunsten des Verkäufers entschieden, weil die Rücksendeadresse angeblich falsch ist. Das Versandlabel wurde mir von Donner selbst zur Verfügung gestellt. Ich werde jetzt rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Finger weg!!!

Ich wollte ein Gerät zurücksenden aber die Rückgabe wurde mir unmöglich gemacht!Ich bin immer In eine fragenschleife geleitet worden!Aus meiner Sicht ein Unmögliches Verhalten!Also Finger weg!

Got an item that wasnt like it was advertised. Had to wait more than a week and waiting and i just went to return the package and had to pay a fee of 50 euros!! Absolutely outrageous
