I was planning on buying a Donner Hush guitar as a Christmas present. They were offering a pre Black Friday deal. I put the guitar in the shopping basket and left it. They then emailed me with a voucher code for a 12% discount (they made this offer several times). When I went to the checkout I applied the voucher but it wouldn’t give me more than 10% discount. I emailed them a few times. I then searched for more discount valid discount vouchers for their products. I applied a 15% voucher but again it still came up as 10%. I even found one for 30% but it makes no difference. I spent 3 days trying to resolve the problem, emailed several times & posted on their Facebook page. They didn’t bother to respond. I then bought another brand of travel guitar that was at least 35% cheaper than a Donner Hush (S***cake) This is my last email to them: It would be nice if you replied to my emails regarding the errors with your discount offers. You offered me 12% in an email but only gave me 10% at the checkout. I declined the purchase. I’m now considering buying a different brand when I was hoping to buy the Hush I Pro Basic arithmetic tells me that 12% off £329.99 is not £297 I have now tried multiple times with many discount codes and the price never changes even with larger discount codes. Ho ordinato un pianoforte digitale con consegna prevista entro 5 giorni… è arrivato dopo 42 giorni. Nel frattempo ho dovuto mandare decine di email e, non potendo più aspettare, sono stata costretta ad acquistare un altro pianoforte da un’altra azienda. Quando finalmente il loro prodotto è arrivato, è iniziato un vero incubo per il reso, nonostante il ritardo fosse chiaramente responsabilità loro, mi sono sentita rispondere per oltre 15 email che “non era colpa loro”, proponendomi soluzioni assurde come accettare un rimborso del 10% oppure “rivenderlo a un amico”. Ho dovuto insistere all’inverosimile per ottenere il reso a loro spese, cosa che sarebbe dovuta avvenire subito e senza discussioni. Un’azienda così non è affidabile. Assistenza lenta, risposte evasive, zero assunzione di responsabilità. Esperienza estremamente frustrante. Non la consiglio a nessuno.

Attention arnaque: Commande SP000620276. Pedale triple threat. 99e avec assurance Seel en cas de colis perdu. -Colis en attente d'expédition depuis le 29/10, après prise d'information dhl me confirme que Donner music n'a toujours pas transmis le colis. Je contact donc Donner qui eux me dise de voir avec la Seel (contrat d'assurance). -la Seel fait une enquête qui fait le même constat Donner n'a jamais transmit le colis. - je recontacte Donner qui vont faire une enquête, retour d'enquête: contacter la Seel pour faire jouer l'assurance (je précise que la pedale n'est simplement pas partie de leurs dépôt) incroyable! Alors je vais voir pour entamer une réclamation Seel bien compliqué a mettre en œuvre.... Et surprise elle ne couvre pas si le colis n'est jamais parti !!!! Voilà l'arnaque démasqué ! 1)Dhl n'a jamais reçu de colis de l'expéditeur. 2)La seel n'intervient pas si le colis n'a jamais été envoyé par l'expéditeur. 3)La seel me signifie je ne peux pas non plus être éligible à un colis perdu puisque DHL leurs à bien spécifier qu'aucun colis ne leurs a été transmit. Ils ne m'ont fourni aucune explication sur ce qui est arrivé au colis! Alors qu'il se trouve toujours dans leurs locaux. Ils n'ont qu'à juste envoyer la pédale, je comprend juste qu'il essaye de m'arnaquer en jouant la montre. J'ai 220 000 followers sur insta et youtube(guitare mastering) je vais me faire un regale dire se que je pense de cette enseigne....

I worried about my order after reading reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Ordered Multi-effects processor on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. Only tried it out for a couple of hours but so far it is excellent.

Finger weg – wenn Support zur Farce wird Ich habe das ARENA 2000 direkt bei Donner gekauft. Nach allem, was man online sieht, scheint es ein spannendes Gerät zu sein – wenn es denn funktioniert. Bei mir war das leider nicht der Fall. Und was dann folgte, war ein Paradebeispiel für Support-Versagen. Tag 1–4: Schnelle Lieferung, erste Funktionskontrolle: Alles wirkt vielversprechend. Tag 5: USB-Verbindung zum Laptop? Fehlanzeige. Ich habe sämtliche Schritte durchlaufen: Kabel getauscht, Ports gewechselt, andere Geräte getestet – alles dokumentiert, inklusive Fotos der Fehlermeldung. Support-Antwort: Ich solle doch bitte die Kabel und Anschlüsse prüfen. Ernsthaft? Genau das hatte ich bereits detailliert beschrieben. Humor scheint man dort großzuschreiben. Weitere Versuche: Treiber, Energieverwaltung, alternative Rechner – alles ohne Erfolg. Neue Support-Anfrage, diesmal mit der Hoffnung auf echte Hilfe. Antwort: Ich solle ein Video drehen. Wie bitte? Wie filmt man zwei Geräte, die nicht miteinander kommunizieren? Ich hatte doch bereits alles dokumentiert – mit Fotos! Dann doch Bewegung: Eine alternative Firmware wurde mir zur Verfügung gestellt – immerhin mit Anleitung. Problem: Ohne USB-Verbindung keine Installation. Also einen anderen Rechner organisiert, Firmware gestartet – bei 35 % Abbruch. Seitdem: MAUSETOT. Kein Bild, kein Ton, keine LED. Seit einer Woche: Versuche ich, ein Ersatzgerät zu bekommen oder die Rückgabe einzuleiten. Ergebnis: Funkstille. Ich habe sogar ein Video der fehlgeschlagenen Installation geschickt – vermutlich sitzt der Support noch immer davor und rätselt. Heute, 22.10.2025: Ich fordere eine Lösung – und bekomme als Antwort: „Hallo Michael, Wir wären dir sehr dankbar, wenn du uns mitteilen würdest, wie dir die Sachen gefallen.“ Fazit: Finger weg! Wenn das Gerät läuft, macht es sicher Spaß. Aber wehe, man braucht Hilfe. Dann ist man auf sich allein gestellt – oder auf einen Support, der lieber Videos schaut als Probleme löst.

Ordered yesterday, arrived today, fully tracked saw the driver on his way all day with a countdown as to how many drops before me, sounds and feels great and really good communication with customer service as got worried after reading reviews on here but guessing the majority of people who are happy haven’t written a review. Time will tell on longevity as it is relatively cheap so don’t have very high hopes but fingers crossed it lasts long enough to make it a worthwhile purchase. Very pleased would recommend

Die Farben des e-Piano war auf den Bildern im Netz ganz anders dargestellt, als in Realität. Ich bemühe mich gerade das Piano zu reklamieren. Bis dato habe ich 6 Emails geschrieben und noch keine adäquate Antwort bekommen. Sie antworten nicht auf meine Fragen oder Forderungen, sondern schreiben unsinnige Rückantworten, also ob eine sehr schlechte KI meine Mails beantwortet oder jemand, der dem Deutschen überhaupt nicht mächtig ist. Ich bin sehr sehr unzufrieden. Eine Telefonnummer gibt es leider auch nicht.

None of the poor reviews here are exaggerated. This company needs a complete overhaul on how they communicate with customers. It is unacceptable to show a product delivery within 3-5 days and for it to then take over two weeks for actual delivery. Emails sent without reply. They also use XDP as the courier service - enough said - those who know will know. I won’t be returning here
