My piano stool has been delivered eventually by evri but no piano! What is going on? *edit Ok I received it. I ordered it on a Friday and it came a week later on a Monday. Just wish I was told Evri would just deliver the stool and XDP were delivering the piano. Wished XDP had given more updates and Evri had given less but more precise. I’ve got it all and when I open it all up I will update this review and you never know it might get 4 stars but no more. 2nd edit: ok I’ve had this piano a couple of months now and we actually think it’s brilliant. I’m going to change my review to 5 stars BECAUSE the quality out weighs all the bad negative stuff we’ve experienced before. But I think Donner should stop using Evri though.

Not received my guitar over two weeks from ordering. Customer service emails aren't responded to, so I'm unable to get a refund. They've used Evri for delivery (well, supposedly), who are equally useless and won't engage with my complaint. Really poor experience leaving my son with out his Christmas present. Wish I'd looked at these reviews first.

I ordered an electric drum kit for my daughter for Christmas. Poor wording on the website meant I did not realise the item would not be available for shipping until after Christmas. Should just be a simple cancellation and refund offered but oh no... several weeks/ emails later and I'm still no closer. Terrible customer service.

Oh dear Should have read trust pilot reviews Reviews for my chosen product seemed really good so I didn’t look any further than that. Item has not arrived, although it says that it has. No response to my numerous emails and the phone number is not working…..

Their delivery service and response time is poor. I don’t mind waiting a week for an item but to tell for 4 days consecutive that I need to be at home for delivery and each day it changed is unacceptable. Whats also frustrating is that they only communicate over email and you can’t speak to anyone on the phone. It takes a couple of days to hear back.
