The company uses deceptive marketing of their pricing and services. Like many, I was fooled by their $99 introductory fee for the first month. The virtual consultation is a waste of time, and the doctor will require additional labs/testing to prescribe medication. After getting the lab results back, I had a second virtual consultation, and the clinician said she couldn’t prescribe me medication and I would need to see someone in-person. I disputed the $99 charge with my credit card company. Done then sent my insurance carrier a $175 and a $600 bill.
