Terrible experience. No communication after something has been prescribed and concerns arise. I didn’t feel like I was being heard or helped. Too many issues trying to actually get the medication I was prescribed. I canceled after no communication in 5 days. I waited 5 days with no response. Smh. I would not recommend this service.

Provider was awesome Service SUCKS
I give my provider 5 stars because they are good, but this service sucks they don't send messages to the providers or are not giving them a chance to see them, no matter how important they are. I've been a member for 8 months and it took 2 months to get a follow-up appointment, which I understand because there are few providers who do a good job. I've been trying to get a refill and sent messages for past 3 days before I needed them, but they haven't been looked at. It's not the provider or the team's fault, because once they see my messages, they act immediately. However, the service has been getting worse, and now I have no medication. I've been on ADHD medication for 2-3 years, and not having it will be tough for me and my family this weekend, and how am I supposed to work? Considering the prices I pay out of pocket since they don't work with insurance, I expect a high level of service, but that's not what I'm getting. I feel like I'd get better help at a Medicaid free clinic, because at least they wouldn't leave me without my refill, and my doctor would get my messages. I've been patient, but waiting 3 days and still not having read the messages is too long. I'm very disappointed. If you have another option, use it. It's predatory to take advantage of people who don't have many choices and then charge high prices for poor service. If I treated paying them the way they treat getting messages to providers and offering help in situations like this, it would be a problem. It's also nearly impossible to reach anyone at the company outside the signup process. It's not easy to find, and no one will answer. Trust me, I found one "Urgent Matters" phone number that isn't even connected. It's really very poor service. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE PEOPLE. It's too expensive for this kind of drama and headache and lack of service, unless you want to just buy empty promises.

Not a Viable Solution
On January 1st I submitted a request for renewal. They claim requests take 48-72 hours.
It is 144 hours later and no response from the “Care Provider”

Done is a terrible company
Done is a terrible company. I decided to use them in December as they had an end of the year 99$ promotion going on. They charged me $200, did 1 virtual consultation, put my account on hold for a week(I had to email them since I was told they would get back to me in 24-48hrs), then TEXTED me that they could not help me and deactivated my account. I emailed them about the overcharge and they did not respond to me until the new year, and asked for proof of the promotion, which was over at this point. I'm honestly disgusted this place is somehow still in business with such awful practices.

Updating my review
So I would like to update my review for DoneFirst. Even though initially I did have a negative experience with this company, they turned it around and really helped me. The customer service was A1 and helped me from start to finish. I hate that it took a negative review on Trustpilot to get this type of help, but nonetheless they did help me from end to end and I am satisfied with the service.
----------
This company is horrible and will steal your money. Will charge yo $200 for consultation and even if you are approved for a medication, but they can not find a place for you to fill your prescription, they will keep your money and not refund you. Dont even get me started on trying to get a refill. This company is one of the worst managed companies on the internet. Buyer Beware!

Lifesaver
I've been using Done for about 2 years now. After years of dealing with untreated, chronic ADHD, Done has really been a lifesaver. I know there are some unfavorable reviews of the service but I have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. My provider Jessica has been so helpful, responsive, and empathetic. She is highly knowledgeable about ADHD and offers great support.

fraud, negligence and irresponsibility.
I had been using Done for almost 2 years. Some months I was able to get my prescription on time and other months it would take weeks. But despite the delay in care overall the service was decent.
However in December they offered me a "deal" to pay almost $800 for a year of services up front which would save me about $200 a year. Since I had been with this company for years I paid it without a second thought. THE NEXT DAY they randomly discharged me from their services. After being with this company for 2 years I am suddenly "no longer suitable for your current mental health needs". They told me I could not be refunded my $800 because I was discharged. After trying to get in contact with the company, which is next to impossible, I received a phone call from Lynn with Done who told me I was inappropriately discharged because they had no reason to actually discharge me and they were trying to reverse it. She told me I could not get mental health care services from them at this time but I could also not seek services elsewhere. 20 days later I have not heard back and was blocked from scheduling phone calls on the website.
All of the reviews of this company being fraudulent are accurate. They will take your money and because of their "policies" you cannot get it back. Done is also negligent of actual mental health care needs because they delay care and have no support to contact them if needed.
The way this company treats their "patients" is irresponsible and careless.
DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY BEFORE BUYING IN. There are hundreds of reviews of their fraudulent activity.
