So I signed up for Done and got an appt with a Dr. I had surgery on my arm this year and I still take pain meds for it which is understandable. They did not tell me before i paid that they cant prescribe stimulants for ppl who take any form of opioids…This is not in line with any recommendations. I know bc I work in healthcare. He then prescribed some medicine that is a blood pressure med I guess he thought it was ok bc i said I have hypertension in my family - but I always have low bp and he never asked what mine runs! This is crazy and bad practice I told him so and he said i need another appt and he had none available. Not to mention this whole time he looked at me like Im some kind of addict bc Im on suboxone - I take it bc it helps with pain not bc Ive ever been a street drug user I was taking tramadol previously for my arm and couldnt find a dr after the surgery…so Im not happy and might request a refund bc I never got. any meds that I can take.

There were issues at multiple pharmacies, and done really helped me out. Much appreciated

Finding out you have a condition is never easy. Done has been there every step of the way and quick to respond. They make appointments and refills as efficiently as possible. Highly recommended

It’s seamless. The interview is done by a professional, the cut to the chase nature of the conversation, the treatment plan, the follow up and the communication from the company is not very prompt but timely enough to be appreciated. I have had a good experience so far and can’t come up with any recommendations to improve how things are done here.

Avoid at all costs. Started out just fine. I got a scheduled video call and met with the care provider. I was then informed that in order to get the prescriptions I needed, I would need to do an in-person evaluation. This was not made clear. I needed to refresh the medications that I had been prescribed by my last doctor. I asked to have an in person evaluation scheduled and was told I would receive an email with details about it. This email did not come so I went to schedule an evaluation on done's website. The page to schedule an in person evaluation wouldn't let me pick a location and said that there were literally zero time slots available. I had to find a page to schedule a customer service call because the number they'd provided earlier would simply disconnect when called. When I did get on the phone with someone, they told me they couldn't help me but that I'd get a call from the scheduling team within a couple hours. A few hours later I had to schedule another call with customer support where they told me the same thing and then tried to tell me I was getting scheduled with the person I had talked to via video. The nurse practitioner that I had talked to wasn't even in the same state. This isn't some item that I'm waiting for. This is my health. If they can't meet deadlines and their services aren't working, then I can't depend on them for meeting my health needs. Needless to say, I cancelled the service. I also told them I'd be disputing any charges as they clearly did not provide the services they promised. This company parades itself as ease-of-access for people looking for mental health care but it's been nothing but a source of stress and frustration.
