The team does a great job responding to any questions or concern. Dr. Levesque is very responsive as well and helpful.

My provider never showed
My provider never showed. Then to get contact information I had to schedule another appointment that I could not cancel. When trying to get a refund I was told that it was a missed appointment and it was nonrefundable. It also took them 2 weeks to reply to my request. There is no phone number to contact. THIS IS A SCAM!!!! Still trying to get my money back or services for what I paid. Also, paid $199 for the first month and was charged another $99 and $10 the next day...THINKING ABOUT REACHING OUT TO A LAWYER...as the nonrefundable amount is refundable, extra money was taken out of my account to find contact information, services were never provided, and two weeks to reply is unacceptable.

Very much like the telehealth
Very much like the telehealth. I was frustrated that I requested a refill, didn't hear anything, followed up with an email and only then that I was told my ID (driver's license) had expired and I needed to upload a new one. That's fine I just wish I had been informed before then since I did run out of medication.

Still waiting for my prescription
Still waiting for my prescription, did everything they asked, got clearance from a cardiologist and my primary care, so much for convenience. Fill out their HIPPA form, paid $199 for consultation and just abandoned. no response and just confusing responses asking me for more things to do. I was better off going to a local Dr for this. it’s horrible, stay away. at least they make it easy to cancel on their app. but i will fight to get my $200 back if they continue to jerk me aroumd.
NEW COMMENT AS OF February 23rd, 2024, Its been 2 weeks since my review and their response. They made an effort to resolve the Clearance Letter issue and asked me to fill out a HIPPA form before they could ask for clearance. I did, a week later got back to me, they said my DR didn’t respond, I verified with my DR and they said they never received the clearance letter or anything from DONE. I verified the fax number and I think they gave me the FAX number to their main office. To make a long story short, after 3 weeks, still no prescription and the communication that seemed to have improved is not non-existence. I updated the phone number on the HIPPA form and I got confirmation that they received it, and a system generated message the ticket is closed,,,but no communication about the prescription. I will have to say this is more trouble than it’s worth, seems like they are not prepared to interact with other healthcare facilities to get clearance. I went with DONE thinking it would be an easier process then trying to find a DR to talk to 1st in my area, schedule the appointment and actually take the time to go…the appointment at DONE and interaction with the DR was quick, but still not results and no prescription. Still not changing my rating..

I was very skeptical about using the…
I was very skeptical about using the app at first. Thinking they’d take my money, run off and disappear or something. I just hit my 3 month mark and have had 2x apps now. I’ve never had issues with the app or receiving my prescription. I LOVE my doctor. She’s knowledgeable and is compassionate. I’m in my 40s, a divorcing and struggling single mother. I’ve been treating my adhd all my life. When I lost insurance due to my situation, I was left with the option of having to pay large lump sums of money up front for appointments with my regular psychiatrist. This makes things much easier. I pay $89/month and that’s all. I’m in California where everything is 5x more expensive than it should be. So maybe those who can get insurance and have full coverage, won’t need this option. But I highly doubt that, if you’re an adult with adhd. This app makes it easier to communicate without calling, and you get reminders your prescription is due. You select your appointment date and time through the app. It makes life easier with adult adhd. I hope this will help someone else in their life!

Please don't use them!!!
Please don't use them!!!! I wanted to set up a consult, and went through the process of filling out forms online. They had availability for the following morning, less than 12 hours away from the time of scheduling. A message said I would have a charge for $10, and as I hit submit, a message popped up saying I'd be charged 179 the next day. I immediately tried to cancel it, and they wouldn't let me because it was less than 24 hours, and I'd be charged for the whole visit. Zero grace period, not even 30 seconds. The doctor had the entire day available, and clearly canceling wouldn't have changed anything. They trick you and are not transparent with pricing, and clearly they want your money. The company is impossible to get a hold of, there is a support email which I immediately reached out to, to essentially be told a few days later "tough luck". It's just a really crappy shady way of doing business, and clearly they make it impossible to get a hold of them because they just want your money. Given the circumstances, the right thing to do would be to give me a refund. How can you let someone book less than 24 hours in advance, yet not honor any sort of cancellation policy? It's completely unfair, and that should have been made clear. I'm out 200 dollars for absolutely nothing. How disappointing that a company needs to hide disclaimers, policies, fees, and offer appalling customer service in order to stay in business, you should be ashamed of yourselves.
