I have not been able to get my medication since. A lot of Pharmacies don’t accept DONE prescriptions and there is a follow out in communication between support team and provider. Would be a great concept if it worked.

My recent appointment with this provider turned out to be an incredibly frustrating experience. Firstly, despite being assured that my insurance would cover the appointment, they failed to bill my insurance at all. Then, to make matters worse, after the appointment, they abruptly blocked my access to their services without letting me know for almost an entire day! I guess the claim was that I couldn't be on two medications simultaneously, even though I hadn't requested any medication during the appointment. To add to the frustration, they completely ceased communication with me, leaving me in the dark about the status of my doctor's notes, which I'm still waiting for. I even had to pay a $79 subscription fee to access their app, only to find out that the notes were not on the app. Only after numerous failed attempts to reach them through calls and messages, and possibly even being blocked from contacting them for a day, that I managed to secure a refund FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION ONLY. Furthermore, their assertion that I couldn't be on two medications at the same time seemed unfounded, especially since not all ADHD medications are controlled substances. The doctor or physician's assistant I interacted with was also remarkably rude. Overall, my experience with this provider was absolutely appalling. I strongly advise against using their services.

My care provider Carlton Cain at done first has helped in my journey living with ADHD and I sure do appreciate the hospitality and professionalism. I have no bad feedback to say about done first except for one area of the financial aspect of things that if I have health insurance , why can’t the appointments /consultations be covered by my insurance. Other then that Donefirst you are truly the best

They always answer my questions and tend to my needs accordingly. Once you learn how to use the portal to make inquiries and answer providers questions, one can count on getting the care they need. My provider has never failed to address my concerns and make adjustments when needed
