This company is under investigation for there buissiness practices. They wrote my prescription and turns out not 1 pharmacy will fill it. So you will spend your time and money then they go dark and stop responding. Total scam fraud. Stay away!!!!!!!

I've had a great experience with Done
I've had a great experience with Done! I've been using their services for about 2 years now. Both providers I've had during that time have been awesome. No issues with getting refills via Safeway. Would highly recommend them to someone who doesn't have insurance or wants someone more specialized to oversee their medication - rather than their PCP.

LEGITIMATE, PROFESSIONAL, AND EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
I am extremely pleased to review 'done.' as I found them to be completely legitimate, professional, as well as compassionate and genuinely concerned for my well-being. I completed the initial sign-up and online assessments in an hour and had my Dr appt/diagnosis within 2-3 days. There are no hidden fees, the Dr Appt came with the monthly subscription fee... nor did they charge me for my questions along the way. The online patient portal is very easy and since it was new to me I had to make a couple requests to ensure I was doing everything correctly... my requests were answered and resolved within 24-48 hours MAX, EVERY time, to my complete satisfaction... (they even follow-up with you every step of the way regardless). Due to my State and local laws I had to transfer my prescription to my local psychiatrist and there were no issues, my psychiatrist used the same assessments they did, everything was transfered smoothly. Most impressive of all, when it was time to cancel my subscription it was a simple "deactivate account" button and "are you sure?" process. I'm totally impressed, and would definitely recommend to anyone suffering from ADHD!
