Horrible Customer Service and Hidden Fees
A few weeks ago, I realized I was going to run out of my meds. After a prior experience with being ghosted and given the runaround - appointments rescheduled for times I couldn't be there - I had returned to a meatspace psychiatrist to manage things. She was murdered, and I figured I may as well come back to Done to at least get this prescription while I tried to figure out a more permanent solution. After being charged a reactivation fee and being told I couldn't continue with my prior provider because I needed a New Patient Appointment, I was scheduled for a 5 am appointment. Now, with ADHD, sleep is incredibly important, so my first instinct was to reschedule - until I realized they have a 48 hour cancellation fee, and I was given this appointment with less notice than that. Well, I'll suck it up, right? The new provider never showed up. I let them know my availability for rescheduling. They scheduled me, with less than 24 hours notice, for a time when I was supposed to be in class (as the teacher, so I couldn't just not show up). I scrambled to find someone to cover that class, and then discovered that the school wifi does not extend to the parking lot. After providing my phone number for her to call me, I... never got a call. So now is rescheduling AGAIN. I did everything I was told to do and set up an appointment for this afternoon. I got confirmation texts yesterday and the day before. I got a text today that oopsie-doopsie, teehee, we had to cancel! And now you're out of free appointments for the month, oh dear, would you like to pay us to let you schedule a new one?
