Done. is an amazing service that helped me get a proper diagnosis for ADHD without having to spend thousands of dollars and hours of my time for office visits and testing. I was undiagnosed my whole life but after almost dropping out of college and years failing to get a job and ruining most of my friendships I decided to get help from Done to figure out if I may have ADHD or not. I didn’t have health insurance and couldn't afford to get help from an office visit, so done was really ideal for me. The pandemic had also just started so I was trying to avoid any in person visit. I was nervous to try the service but the process went great, they were able to schedule me for diagnosis with one of their providers and went over my history. Since it was my first time on medication my provider prescribed me medication and helped me find my optimal dose. I’ve been succeeding a lot more in my life and am thankful this service could help me save time, money, and hassle.

I've been getting adhd treatment through Done for a couple months now and plan to stick with the service for long term. To be honest I was quite skeptical at first but so glad I gave it a chance. When I decided to seek help for my adhd, I was concerned about just how many in-person appointments I need to go to, how understanding the providers would be, and if there are going to be hidden fees. All of those are a nightmare to deal with when you have adhd. Done eliminates all that. The service is very straight forward and simple to navigate. My provider is extremely understanding and knowledgeable on what it is like to live with adhd. She always makes sure to follow up and response to my questions. All of my prescriptions were sent as it should. And I paid exactly what I expected to, no fishy "fine-print" stuff. I gave it a 4 instead of 5 stars because I believe their customer service needs some improvements. Maybe they have a small team, but communication are often slow. It's not a deal breaker as everything works out eventually but I have had a couple questions/requests that took days and multiple emails to be fulfill. Overall I would really recommend the service for anyone seeking adhd treatment. It had simplified the help that I so badly needed.

I had a really hard time after my first appointment - I wasn't able to login to the platform, my phone and email links kept asking me to start at the beginning. You might be thinking that I am super old and computer illiterate, but that is wrong. I work for a software company and understand these things quite easily. The helpdesk at DONE was able to determine that I got caught in a viscous loop because they had a software update the day I had my first appointment. They were able to resolve the issue and help me get the medicine I need regularly without unnecessary doctor appointments. I appreciate when online agents can engage, pay attention to things being reported, and think for themselves to determine the problem. It was nice to have someone that cared that I was having trouble and was willing to work with me for several weeks in order to make the situation right.

My consultation with my provider helped me a great deal. It helped me clear up a lot of issues I have with my ADHD and allowed me to receive medication during the pandemic. They were very accommodating to multiple pharmacy changes due to changing insurance coverage. Thank you so much!

Overall is a great service and concept. I have been able with some trial an error get the right medication for my ADHD. I was struggling to find someone as I moved to a new city and very few doctors were taking new patients or charged over $400 for an initial appointment making it out of my budget. I’m only giving it 4 stars due to the fact sometimes it takes longer to get a response from costumer service but when they do, provide good service.
