My journey started when I was in fifth grade. Diagnosed as ADHD-I. Struggling to focus, complete homework and simple tasks, having to overcome huge obstacles throughout life. I began to research why and how my brain was reacting the way it was. Multiple studies I found it was linked to ADHD and ADHD-I. I’ve been to a few psychiatrist and have been treated poorly throughout years being misdiagnosed. I continued my journey struggling until finally I found this company Done. My psychiatrist Shannon is incredible. Very understanding and patient. She is the one that is helping me through obstacles in life. Being able to homeschool my 6 year old boy during this pandemic and able to complete simple daily tasks has been my life changer. Done is the way to go. Thank you for being my life changer Shannon.

It’s convenient and easy, but may be a bit more expensive and not great for those with complex medical conditions. My insurance doesn’t pay for the medicine since it’s not from my primary care doc or a referred psychiatrist. But no psychiatrists in my network do as easy of scheduling. They don’t dig deep as to physical medical history so be a self advocate and be very explicit with your medical professional on any medical conditions you have. Some ADHD medications have contraindications for a few illnesses.

Straightforward and convenient way to access care. I had a bit of trouble in the beginning with one provider moving and needing to be transferred, but Done did most all of the work on their end and made it easy for me. And they’ve been receptive to feedback as we all navigate Covid together and have actually followed through on the things their clients have said aren’t working well for them.

Great service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has made me feel very extremely comfortable. The online portal is very easy to use and I appreciate the way they update the website consistently to make it easier! I love the way the providers follow up and you can tell they actually care about their patients.

I don't have any in-person experiences to compare to, but Done. is basically a dream come true for me. So quick, simple, and consistent. The initial application and screening process can feel long but it will be so worth it when it takes you a few minutes on your phone to refill.

Having access to a professional who can share a point of view with me is very important. Having a system in place that is as flexible as this one is also important, as it's hard to expect people seeking help with issues keeping appointments, staying on course, and being organized overall to manage these tasks on their own. Done has this. It's great to have a provider that is well scoped and setup to make things easy for those who fall in to that scope. Consultations aren't intrusive, and I don't feel like I'm getting the wrong treatment -- if I did, this platform makes it easy to make that adjustment. It's a very well adapted process, from video consultation to pharmacy. For me, I've had most of my questions answered, but Done makes it simple to ask if I have any more. My provider is there when I need them, at a pace that works for me.

I was hesitant at first to try out this Telehealth service because it was something completely new to me, but because of Covid-19 it was one of the only available options to me. After being a member of Done for over 6 months I am extremely grateful for how my life has changed for the better.

I never would have gotten help if it wasn’t for this site. No one I have seen has taken me seriously, my general practitioner at home just draws my blood and tells me I’m fine. I have had to talk to a few people in my time here and it is sad to see them go, but I am always taken care of.
