Done has been a gamechanger
Done has been a gamechanger. Outside of some delays with prescription refills, I have no complaints about the service itself. I've felt supported throughout the entire process and really appreciate how smooth the entire care journey is.

We are so grateful for your feedback and happy to see you've had an overall positive experience. We do our best to prevent delays with prescriptions. Medications prescribed through our platform are subject to strict federal laws, and prescriptions can only be issued at certain intervals. We cross reference with government Prescription Drug Monitoring Program system as well, and pharmacies will typically only issue prescriptions 30 days after the most recent date in the government system. Other common issues for delays are pharmacy changes and pharmacy stock issues. We are always more than happy to investigate and resolve issues on our patients' behalf - please feel free to reach out to us anytime!

Done first is a game changer
Done first is a game changer. Finally, I’m being heard! My doctor has been helpful and empathetic towards my situation. My only issue is that the portal is confusing. I sent her a message about my dosage but didn’t noticed she had replied due to not receiving a notification. The customer support takes a long time to get back to you, unless it’s about a payment. I had no problem picking up my meds, which is something I was initially concerned about. We are still trying to figure out the right dosage for me and my next appointment is in 14 days. I wish I could be seen sooner, but you can’t have it all.

We are happy to see you've had an overall positive experience, but you also share some concerning feedback. While we are already in the process of implementing changes to address your feedback, there are some things we'd like to investigate further since what you describe is not typical. Please reply back to our private message!

Done - Overall, a Great Service for ADHD Treatment
I just want to start off by expressing my gratitude for the Done service's existence and the entire team behind the operation. If Done did not exist, I would not be able to receive satisfactory treatment for ADHD while I do not presently have employer-sponsored health benefits. I am in my late 20's and have been diagnosed and treated for ADHD for the entirety of my 20's. Completing the patient onboarding process was smooth and very considerate of my past medical history, and as such, I was able to waste no time talking with my assigned provider (a Nurse Practioner) about my concerns with current symptoms, how they have or have not affected my day-to-day, and optimal treatment options. Moreover, my provider was very knowledgeable about treatment with varying types of medication, and able to address some of the concerns I had regarding the relationship between long-term treatment with medication and pontential changes to my neurochemistry.
I've had a couple pain points with the online patient portal, namely data persistence and issues with lack of notifications, which may be due to Done being a relatively new service. One critical issue I encountered included an inability to immediately schedule a follow-up appointment with my initial provider (a Nurse Practitioner in my case) after completing an online care appointment and a lack of a reminder notification or email to schedule the follow-up session once my ability to do so through the patient portal was made available by the web app system. This has made managing my ADHD symptoms in a consistent monthly treatment cycle more challenging in the sense my assigned provider usually would not have any availability for a mandatory follow-up appointment before I was eligible for the next monthly medication refill. As a subscribed customer of the Done service, I am paying a monthly fee - which is actually more than I've consistently paid any provider in the past with insurance - and it is my hope that I can reliably receive ADHD treatment on a consistent monthly (30-day) schedule commensurate with the frequency of my subscription payments and much like that of the scheduling capabilities of the traditional non-online in-office mental healthcare providers that I've received ADHD treatment through in the past. Presently, this issue with being unable to schedule appointments in consistent monthly periods has twice left me with a few days to more than a week's time where I didn't have medication, in a medication limbo if you will. I imagine the development team is continuing to work out these kinks in the web application, but as they persist, I believe that the communicative and pleasant support team has made up for these technical quirks in the meantime.
Overwhelmingly, my experience with the Done service has been a positive one, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it those I know who are looking for an alternative and convenient treatment option!

ADHD is hard, getting treated shouldn't be.
If you have been diagnosed with ADHD you probably know how hard it can be to get treated, your own ADHD preventing you from getting treatment. Follow-up, follow-through, doctor appointments, tests; anxiety from all the previously mentioned. For someone with ADHD, jumping through all these hoops seems almost impossible, with too many to-dos on top of your current unending to-dos, Done is a life changer in its seeming less process: easy to use portal, concise doctors, quick feedback, and easy refills. I'm 3 months in and have no complaints, they've answered all my questions about treatment and have worked with me to find what works for me. I'm incredibly grateful I found them.

They're making improvements
It's clear that they're making improvements to the their product, but they fall short on some things still. I've changed providers too many times (although I understand at some level it's unavoidable). Communication with provider is more difficult than it seems like it should be and I couldn't ever get quick answers to questions. Conversations with providers during appointments are often too brief. Overall it's a product that's easy to use and it's been a good enough experience, but it could be a lot better.

Straightforward, convenient, Done.
Done is a straightforward, convenient, and easy to use service for getting ADHD diagnosis and treatment. They matched me with a psychiatrist who diagnosed me, set up a treatment plan, then followed up to make sure everything was going well. It's easy to contact my doctor for refills and adjustments using their online portal. I would recommend the service to anyone.

Very easy and hassle free...
Very easy and hassle free.... have been trying through my provider for almost 18 months and thanks to covid it made it more difficult:(. But Done made it really easy. I was diagnosed with adhd and since i started my life has been great. Its cheaper and hassle free then talking to dr for hours to no avail. I would recommend this to anyone who has adhd.
