From the providers to the administration and customer support teams; each experience I've had with Done. has been pleasant. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions and they always respond to me extremely quickly and never fail to answer my questions completely. Thank you all so much for helping increase my quality of life!

At the start of the pandemic, I found out my psychiatrist (who still does paper prescriptions) wasn't mailing his prescriptions out. The idea of having to leave the house and transit to his office to get my prescription, then stand in line at the pharmacy was intimidating. In contrast, it was so easy to set up an appointment with Done. I already had a diagnosis and prescription, so I was able to get my meds shipped to me the next day. The whole process being that much easier has also made it easier to experiment with new meds; when something had bad sideffects, I could get a refill of my previous prescription immediately, rather than having to wait for our next session. My psychiatrist is incredibly quick to respond, clear in communicating, and compassionate. Amazing what can happen when you make getting ADHD meds more ADHD compatible!

Pros: this type of service is available to those like myself who have difficulty in getting appt with a psychiatrist in a small town. Also I really loved the convenience. My np Erika arias was lovely and straightforward and Dustin in customer service was prompt in his responses and did his best to help facilitate a speedy solution . Cons: definitely wish there was a more streamlined way to access customer service . A phone line would be ideal , instead of email only communication! And I have yet to get a refill so hoping that is seamless too. All In all, I recommend if you are in need of help and want to bypass all the red tape of insurance and doctors offices.

I've had such a great experience so far with Done. It's been about 6 months now and I've noticed major improvements with the issues I was having. My initial consultation was really helpful and made me confident in moving forward with Done.

Awesome! I switched insurances and needed to get my adhd meds filled during the pandemic. I was able to do a virtual call with a doctor from Done. He continued to prescribe my adhd meds (seamless transition) and even offered to fill my anti depressants because I didn’t have a provider at the time. Definitely worth the price to save going through the hassle of finding a new doctor, getting records transferred etc. I’ve also always had super quick responses from customer service and/or my Done. doctor if I asked any questions!

It was really simple to create an appointment with the Done team and talk to a professional about some issues I was having at work. Since then, we've continued to stay in touch and they've made it really easy for me to manage my ADHD. Edit: I was paid to write this review.

I am so glad I found Done. and finally got the help I needed- I just wish I hadn't waited so long! I wasn't sure about how well I could connect with a healthcare provider virtually, but the experience couldn't have been better. I felt very comfortable and felt like she asked all the right questions to really understand how best to help me. I never felt judged and she even helped me understand my ADHD better.

I am so grateful to have come across Done. in my search for help with focus and inattention issues that I had been struggling with for many years. My provider was very professional and attentive and answered any concerns and questions I had. Support is also great; very helpful with quick response times. My only complaint is that there is sometimes issues with the pharmacy receiving my script, so my provider often has to send it several times, which usually takes a few days to resolve.
