A very convenient service. I had already been diagnosed previously but moved and didn't want to find another in person doctor especially with the pandemic. My first consultation was easy, my provider was thoughtful and patient with all of my questions and seemed to listen to me (whereas in the past, I often felt like there was just a checklist to get through). My only concern is that consultations are very hard to book and my first provider left after I was using the service for a month.

Life happens sometimes for providers. When life happens for providers at Done., we work hard to connect our patients to another high-quality provider, and reduce wait times for follow up appointments as much as possible. Please know that our patients always have access to a wonderful care team as well - feel free to reach out to us at any time for assistance.

Great treatment access but functionality could be better
Really love the idea and convenience but feel there is room for improvement with Done's functionality.
Pros of using Done:
- Easy to access
- Convenient to schedule video chats
- Comfortable interactions via video chats
- Straightforward to request re-fills
- Pretty affordable relative to doctor's visits
Cons of using Done:
- Don't accept insurance (for better or worse)
- Could be more affordable relative to other online providers
- Limited to 2 online questions each month, with no opportunity to follow-up; some competitors are advertising full online messaging and texting, so this limitation feels restrictive and not customer friendly
- Requests and questions input into the dashboard are not recorded within the dashboard (also really frustrating when the answer to a question is recorded in dashboard)
- Consultation history is rudimentary at best
- No text reminder / confirmation for re-fills
- So far only refilled 30 day supplies
Restating the cons as areas of opportunities:
- Could allow insurance (again for better or worse)
- Could be more competitively priced
- Could enable full online messaging and record history of all communications (questions, consultations, requests, treatment plans) in dashboard with dates (this would be particularly helpful if/when sharing with primary provider)
- Could send text re-fill confirmation
- Could issue 90 refills once treatment plan determined (would help with affordability)
Overall I really appreciate what Done is doing, I just think the platform is currently too base and could be better.

Started great, but they got sketchy immediately after my appointment.
Things started out great: I paid the $200 and schedule an initial appointment and met with a provider who was very compassionate and helpful. In my appointment, I felt listened to and they explained my treatment options and plan. 20 minutes after my appointment, I received a "nice meeting you, Rx sent pharmacy" message in their patient portal, "great".
Later that day I called the pharmacy to see if I could pick up my Rx and was told that they received my Rx, but they didn't get any of my contact or patient information from Done, and that the pharmacist would need to get an authorization. I go to the pharmacy later, confused because I don't have insurance so I'm unsure why I need to get the Rx authorized. The pharmacy explained that the provider didn't send over any information with the Rx and that the pharmacist would have to speak to my provider before filling it because it is a scheduled medication and that they would call me back the following day after they spoke with them. OK, this seems completely reasonable- I've never had this type of prescription before and did not realize this was part of the procedure.
The FOLLOWING morning, I get a call from the pharmacist who said that she called the provider and they refused to give her the location of provider, or let her speak with him. What the heck? The pharmacist explained that they have no relationship with Done and won't fill a telehealth Rx without talking to the doctor, and I would need to get filled somewhere else. Done lead me to believe that they had a relationship with this pharmacy so I'm shocked to hear that they are refusing to speak with the pharmacist- this seems like fairly standard due diligence.
I messaged Done about the pharmacy communication issue and burned one of my two questions that I'm "allocated" for the month. I'm also concerned by that because I was led to believe that I would have reasonable access to my Dr. about my treatment not metered follow up questions that I'd have to use on logistical issues. They have a useless chat bot that they try to pass of as a care team. I haven't gotten a response from my provider or the bot.
I also can't change my pharmacy info in my profile. If I try to schedule an appointment with the provider the earliest I can get is 3 weeks out.
Things started out great, but now I feel like I've been bait and switched by some sketchy, online would-be drug dealer. I'm really bothered that they won't talk to the pharmacy and won't respond to my questions are limiting my questions. I enrolled to use Done because I am seeking treatment. I had huge anxiety about even making the appointment, and now I feel like a joke.
If I get any sort of response, I'll update. In the meantime, I think I'm out a ton of time, money and dignity.

Done making it simple
Done provides a very simple process of finding a doctor to sort through symptoms of ADHD and how to address. I do like that my doctor stressed that medication is not always the answer and provided ways to stay focused, naturally. I recently had a poor experience while trying to change my pharmacy and communicating with their support team which is why I'm giving 4 stars.

They must be paying for reviews or…
They must be paying for reviews or something because this service is horrendous. They will not listen to you and set appointment times to call whole they call two hours later and if you miss the call by one minute they will make you schedule a new call and ignore you. Just go to a local doctor! Now they lie about trying to reach out... WOW! I am still waiting for support to contact me over my issues weeks later. You cant even message people on here like that liars. Now they are commenting again making up emails they have never came, I am done responding to these guys. Please dont let them waste your time.

This is very concerning feedback and we would investigate further as well as resolve issues in these cases. We've requested contact information, as the review platform keeps users anonymous. If you missed the email from Trust Pilot, please email [email protected] so that we can investigate and escalate your case. Your experience does not meet our high standard of care - we would love to help, as patients are our top priority!

Dr. Memphis Sandoval / donefirst.com
I don't have a lot of experience with done. and this was my first appointment with Dr. Memphis Sandoval, but it was good. I really liked how my doctor was willing to speak with me in a way that was clear and straightforward while still presenting herself with with a very friendly and professional attitude throughout the visit. There were times when I was over talking or something and she explained how limited our time was in a way that was not hurtful or threatening. (This is so much easier said than done and is something I appreciate very much when I see it in people.) I was really nervous at first, but assuming they keep me with the same doctor, I don't think I'll be so nervous next time.
EDIT: In trying to speak with her since then, she seemed snappy and rude in writing. Idk what happened, but she was definitely a less friendly, less helpful version of herself and otherwise just not responsive.

Great company
Great company! They went out of their way to fix an issue with the pharmacy and my provider was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend to others.
