My experience with Done has been great thus far. My first appointment was a huge relief as I felt completely understood. This was very nerve-racking initially but my doctor put me at ease almost immediately and I saw huge improvements with my current treatment plan. I’ve only have one issue with my pharmacy which was handled promptly. The only thing I was I could receive a monthly statement/receipt for insurance purposes. I can’t express how grateful I am for the Done team.

Really happy so far with the treatment…
Really happy so far with the treatment plan and support, provided thus far. It was a bit nerve racking seeking help. However, the team at Done has done a wonderful job with walking me through treatment options and checking in on how I’m doing month to month. I would definitely suggest Done to thus seeking ADHD guidance.

Professional and Fast Service
I had my session last month and my NP was prompt to our appointment. It was a thorough, non-judgmental, and professional appointment. I felt welcomed and cared for the entire session. After my visit, I was prescribed a medication which was sent a day later. Even when the pharmacy I had originally sent it to did not have the medication, it only took a matter of days before this problem was fixed and my medication was sent to another pharmacy. The Careteam was very very quick in responding and resolving my issue. I am very happy with the service provided and how fast problems were resolved.

Demoralizing Experience
My experience started out fantastic. It was incredibly easy to book an appointment, I shelled out the money, and the first consult. My doctor was understanding and made me feel heard about the impact ADHD was having on my life for the first time ever. I picked up my prescription the next day and I thought it was going to be smooth sailing. I was SO wrong.
Ever since the first appointment, it has been issue after issue, the care team LITERALLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, and it's nearly impossible to get ahold of your doctor. First, the wrong treatment plan was uploaded into my portal and it took me about a week of constantly sending emails and harassing the company to get it fixed. After that nightmare was over, it's been impossible to get refills. They keep sending my prescription to the wrong pharmacy and I cannot get anyone to help me. I've sent probably 15 emails and scheduled calls with the care team, but they're being flat out rude at this point when I ask for help and essentially telling me there's nothing they can do. I'm still being charged the monthly fee, but I've been without my treatment for half the time.
It's honestly devastating as it's taken me years to finally ask for help with my ADHD and once I decided to seek treatment, it's been a disaster. It does seem from other reviews and my experiences with them that they're a new-ish company, but at this point they seem negligent and being "new" isn't an excuse for negligence and utter disregard for your patients. Especially when you're supposed to be providing medical treatment.
If I was able to contact my doctor whatsoever and/or the care team was actually responsive, it wouldn't be so horrible. Alas, I cannot and this service has done nothing but cause more stress.

Exactly what I needed
I've been using this service for months & am very happy with it. At this point I've been diagnosed with ADHD for years. My dosage, mood & health have been consistent for years. It's great to work with a company that gets that.
They're available as a safety net if something should happen & some checkins are required. But with a previous service I found myself in ~20 minute long conversations about nothing, every month. All so that the rep could check a box that had nothing to do with me. I'm so happy to be past that.

My experience with Done ADHD
I was diagnosed with ADHD 36 years ago when I was in the 4th grade. I was sent to therapy and prescribed Ritalin. My father was in the military and got a new assignment to move to Germany when I was in the 6th grade. They did not have support to treat my ADHD there with medication and by the time I was in the 8th grade, I rejected seeing a therapist. My entire life up to about a year ago I had been angry about my childhood experience and blamed my problems and challenges on everything and everybody else. At the age of 44 I finally admitted to myself that I was the common factor in everything I faced throughout my life and felt it was time to do something about it. I still have challenges about the thought of seeing a therapist based on my experience as a child and feeling like there was something wrong with me. I made a decision that I wanted to try medication first and work up to talking to someone about my “feelings”. I evaluated several online options and finally landed on Done ADHD. I filled out the questionnaire and was accepted. The first available appointment was over a month away but I decided to move forward and paid the $200 not knowing what to expect.
The evening of my appointment I was very nervous as I have never done a “teledoc” type appointment before. The therapist was 5 mins late but did log on. She was very easy to talk to and I started to feel a bit more comfortable and explained my background and childhood experience. At the end of the 30 min call she prescribed me some medication and I scheduled my next appointment. I was excited to take this huge step and looked forward to working through this process in the hope to bring balance to my life.
I am the type that hates taking medication and pills. So I am not accustomed to the process at pharmacies and the red tape. I checked my pharmacy that the prescription was supposed to be sent to and they still did not receive it 24 hours after my appointment at Done. This caused some concern in my ADHD brain so I went online to see if I could find any reviews on Done and other ppls experiences. I know I should have done this first but…ADHD I guess. When I found Trustpilot, I saw soo many negative reviews and started to freak out. I left a bad review thinking I might have been scammed and lost the $200. The only way to contact my therapist is through the website by leaving a question. I calmed down and left a message that I needed help from them to make sure they sent the prescription to the pharmacy. To my surprise the therapist actually responded and said it was sent to the pharmacy the night before. Why they waited 24 hours to send it even though I got a message that it was sent the same night of my appointment, I don’t know. But the therapist was responsive and responded to me twice that morning. Then the pharmacy said they received the prescription request but it had to be approved between the therapist and my insurance company. So I reached out to Done again and within a few hours I received notification that it was approved and the pharmacy was working on filling the prescription. Despite a lot of the negative reviews here on Trustpilot, I have to say my experience has been pretty good other than the delay with sending in the prescription like they claimed.
Unfortunately, not at the fault of Done, the pharmacy has now told me they do not have my prescription in stock and had to order it. Since this is Friday and it’s a long weekend for Memorial day, they are saying they wont have it available for me until 8pm on Tuesday. Its frustrating but I guess if I have waited 34 years, 4 more days are not going to kill me.

If it's not a scam, they are doing everything in their power to make it look like one.
I had terrible side-effects from my medication, reached out to the provider—never heard back.
Scheduled an appointment—the earliest was available in two weeks. No big deal, I thought, I can survive 2 weeks without my medication.
Today I've waited for my appointment for 30 minutes, the provider would briefly appear online and immediately disappear—it looked like he was waiting for me to give up. No message, no apologies, no follow-up—absolute dead silence from the company. If it's not malice, then it's a level of incompetence that's almost worse than malice.
