I have been on the same medication for many years, so when I found myself displaced to a small rural community during the pandemic, Done was a godsend. It can be hard to find providers in my area, and since I have a long-term medication regimen that works for me, this was the perfect solution. My initial consultation was lovely and since then I've been able to refill my meds with a few clicks - any questions I've had have been answered promptly via email by the customer service team. Would recommend to anyone like me who has been on the same meds forever and doesn't have readily available access to mental health professionals.

The doctor I worked with was courteous, professional, and very helpful. She helped me pinpoint areas of opportunity in my life and worked with me to find a good treatment plan. The entire process was not stressful and I feel like the doctors and team are always available if you ever have questions.

My experience with Done has been very helpful. My appointment was scheduled quickly, and I feel that my needs and concerns were very well addressed. My one concern has been that my pharmacy, my insurance, and Done all seem to be slightly out of sync with their communication, but so far they've all lined up eventually and it hasn't been a problem.

Edit: I was coerced into making this review in order to get a month free (never happened). On top of that, all pharmacies stopped working with Done because of their business practices . Don’t waste your time or money, if this company even exists still. My experience so far with done has been amazing. My provider has not only helped me manage my struggles with adhd, but she has also helped to address my anxiety issues as well. I feel that I am able to talk to Kelly very openly about anything that I’m feeling, which is a huge relief.

Getting started with Done is easy with their questionnaire and diagnosis process. However, I had difficulty reaching my provider for my second virtual appointment and she ended up leaving the company rather abruptly. I wasn’t notified as a patient and was left to figure this all out after my appointment was canceled by Done twice. I attempted to reach out to the support team and my new provider for an appointment sooner than 2 weeks out but they were unable to accommodate me because all of their providers were fully booked. I’m happy with the affordability of care and Capsule deliveries, however, my initial experience has left me wary of what’s to come. Done made it right by refunding my monthly membership fee for the month since I wasn’t able to meet with a provider to get my prescription refilled.

Done is great. I have been unable to find a local provider for various reasons for over a year, but with Done I had an appt within a month. The providers I've interacted with are friendly and helpful. My only criticism is that when my initial provider left they didn't reach out. I had to figure out something was wrong and contact them before I was moved to a new provider with an extra month wait.

I’ve used Done for a little over three months now and I highly recommend it. The website user interface is easy to use and intuitive. The website has great security requiring the input of a security code sent to your personal phone to access the website. The consultation with my care provider was pleasant and respectful of my time. I also appreciate the partnership with Capsule which allows for quick home delivery of my prescribed medications.

Done was awesome. I had a consult with a doctor who confirmed something I had suspected my entire life, and have been getting the help and seeing improvement since then.
