The Done. site has changed my life. There are so many obstacles to getting ADHD treatment. This site has made it easy for people seeking treatment to gain access to providers that actually care about their patients and can tailor care plans to fit their individual needs. The site is easy to navigate. My provider is always available when I have questions. She was willing to work with me to find the best treatment regimen. It really has made all the difference in my life.

How healthcare should be; I am no “one size fits all”. I am human, I operate and think in ways that aren’t always “explainable”. Yet medicine has not yet advanced to that knowledge of understanding “what is going on”. Done is the first healthcare service that recognizes this in all it’s patients, their model approaches its patients as human beings first and foremost, with empathy and a unique understanding that each individual is different, and we deserve more than what we’re getting in our current healthcare.

I've so appreciated the thoughtfulness of my provider who takes the time to understand my symptoms, make adjustments to medications as needed, and work with me as I navigate the atrocious state of the supply/distribution with various pharmacies. Early on, communication in the messaging portal did not seem to be very efficient but that has changed and now I receive expedient replies and coordination when needed. Ideally there would be greater liaison assistance to help track down preferred medication with pharmacies who can never seem to retain or obtain stock and who won't reveal whether they have or will get the preferred medication unless you send your script in, often only telling you after that it's unavailable (thus needing to restart the process of having my provider send it to a different pharmacy to try again). But I realize this may not be possible for my provider/Done to coordinate.

At first I was unsure of my initial consultation as I had never looked into getting help for my symptoms. But after my first consultation I felt a relief knowing there was something that was out there that could help take control of my symptoms. Done made it easy and simple to seek help and receive medication to treat my symptoms.

My original appt was scheduled and when that time came I logged in for the virtual visit and was greeted by my provider punctually. After a discussion of my concerns that I may still have ADHD after being diagnosed as a child my provider informed me of the prescription she thinks would best suit me. That same day a prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Fast forward to the next month and I submitted my refill request and advising my provider of continuing symptoms, my medication was adjusted and sent to my pharmacy. I was extremely skeptical in the beginning due to some of the extreme reviews that I myself had come across, but after being in a couple of month myself, I truly am satisfied with my overall experience. The only things I wish were a bit better would be the difficulty in contacting my provider and also the fact that there is no phone number available. Everything is done by a "leave a message" platform.

I've had my first consultation with Done at the beginning of May and my follow up is scheduled for August. The first consultation I found helpful, and I felt like the provider was concerned with getting me a total therapy option. I was prescribed Adderal for the first time in my life after discussing with multiple doctors my concerns over the years and being dismissed as having too stressful of a life or just having anxiety. I was also given an anti-depressant to see if that would also assist in some of the dysfunction that I experience in my daily life. She made sure to tell me to schedule my follow up for August so that we could accurately assess how these meds would be working for me 60 days out. I feel hopeful, finally, that I'm being taken serious. That this doesn't have to be "just the way you are..." for the rest of my life. The script service that was used also was great and had quick delivery!

I must say that I was nervous and anxious about my initial consultation. I've had a previous experience with my PCP that left me deflated, for lack of a better word, with my issues. However, my consultation left me feeling heard, understood, and there was no judgement. My PMHNP listened and received what I explained as my deficits and struggles. Donefirst has been a game changer for me. My life is in focus and the change is remarkable. Thank you Donefirst!

I looked into Done after seeing an online ad for ADHD treatment. I suffer from OCD which is similar, and as a child I was diagnosed with ADHD but I "grew out of it" because of behavioral modifications and knowing where to emphasis strengths. Over decades I was prescribed treatments and combinations. At the time of discovering Done, I was on a combination that helped somewhat but caused headaches. I was at a point of giving up, I couldn't progress any further with my doctor and taking so many pills. The advertisement for Done seemed like a reasonable trial because of side effects and lack of success from other treatments. My first session went well. I reviewed my medicines and dosages, explained the benefits I experienced, and the negative side effects. I was having horrible head aches everyday. My mornings were successful but afternoons crippling, I wanted to give up on meds again. The doctor explained how my meds at the time were the cause of headaches and set me up with alternative medicine. I was skeptical but open to trying something that might help. Slowly I tapered old meds, and introduced the new meds as directed by the doctor and this alleviated the horrible headaches I was experiencing. I went from six pills per day to two. Now I'm attentive and not obsessed with ridiculous things plus my afternoons are productive. This is a huge success for me and is benefiting my life.
