DoneFirst has been a lifesaver. The doctors really listen and care about their patients. I've never had a bad experience and they continuously offer top of the line care. I appreciate everything they have done for me and I refer all my friends and family to their services. 10/10!

Although I had hoped for a somewhat longer consultation, i did appreciate the information I did receive and how it was presented. The psychiatrist I met with listened to me and made me feel seen. I opted to start medication and my prescription was available the same day. I had my doubts but I’m really happy I gave this a try.

I have been seeing various doctors to deal with my ADHD for about 3 years now. My time with done. has by far been the easiest and most enjoyable experience for me. I am able to stay in constant touch with my doctors and their support is absolutely incredible. I have had several complications with my pharmacy and previous care provider but the support team has assisted within days every time.

**id like to edit because my prior authorization was approved faster then I’ve had them approved with other doctors. After I expressed frustration in the consultation messages, they did not reply but I got an email that my prior authorization was approved. Very quick and Done also tried to immediately contact me to help me. I appreciate that since it feels difficult to reach your provider.** I had put off getting help for years, the process of going back to a doctor or finding a new doctor was just to overwhelming. It also feels most doctors judge and dismiss your issues instead of truly listening to what issues you are having. But, my symptoms and issues have really been getting to me lately and I had been thinking why don’t I just get help so I can live better day to day! I came across done’s ad after looking for doctors online. The process of getting started is great, very quick, easy and to the point. I made an appointment and when the appointment came it was great. The provider was great! She really understands my issues and was eager to help. She explained everything so well and gave me plenty of time to ask questions and fully understand my care plan. I think the medication she wanted to try was a great choice for my issues.. BUT it’s a $500 medication. You can’t use their discount card if you have state insurance, which I do. Great thing is state insurance will cover it supposedly, so I shouldn’t need the discount card. No, not great because after my appointment immediately after my pharmacy said insurance won’t pay them, had to get ahold of my provider to have her send my scripts to CVS. That process isn’t great, the messaging back and forth is slow and who knows when they will see it, she got the scripts sent over to CVS just for them to close. Next morning I try to get them filled but they said insurance requires a prior authorization, no problem I message the doctor about needing a prior authorization, 3 days after getting prescribed a medication I still can’t get it filled. The process for a prior authorization could take a week. And talking to the provider or is almost impossible. I’d like to just ask for a cheaper medication similar to what I was prescribed so I can pay out of pocket for it. It’s frustrating to have a medication that can finally help me dangling in front of me for $500 or wait a week. I know this isn’t dones fault that I need a prior auth but the communication with the provider or care team is kind of terrible for urgent needs.

Done had been easy to use and very helpful in getting to see a doctor. For someone without insurance, this has made this process so much simpler and more affordable .
