It was really easy to sign up and met with a mental health practitioner within two days! After discussing my symptoms I am now prescribed medication which is helping significantly with my day-to-day life.

The first initial appointment was amazing. My provider was easy to talk to and understood everything I’ve been going through with the stigma of adult ADHD. My insurance needed a prior authorization and my provider sent in the proper paper work same day. If your thinking about doing this go ahead and sign up. It is well worth the monthly subscription without the hassle of going to a doctor.

I had a great experience speaking to a doctor that cares and understands ADHD especially in adults. Getting help was quick and easy and online support is attentive and helpful.

This is a really fantastic service. Unfortunately, I was in a bind because my employer did not provide health insurance, and the mental health coverage for is extremely poor for Medical. Because most providers do not accept medical, I was saddled with a doctor from medical who was not responsive to requests for prescriptions, and  who clearly did not care about me as a human being.  I have to say I was so happy to be able to work with the wonderful people at done. The doctor I work with, Harman has always made me feel like she cares about me as a person first , and has always made  time to be responsive to my needs, as well being firm about setting boundaries. The staff is absolutely amazing. Getting my medication is always a night mare, especially when wrangling with Medical because different medications work for different patients. I often was stuck working with pharmacists who sometimes decide to not give me the medicine the need because they don't believe that ADHD is a real disease, or don't want to deal with the hassle of getting this approved by medical. The staff at Done really went to bat for me, and really did all the follow up work to make sure I got the medicine that I needed. Even more, a lot of times different medications work for different patients because of differences in their genetics. Therefore, there is a lot of experimentation involved in figuring out the optimal treatment for you. I am really glad that I've been fortunate enough to work with people who are committed to help me figuring out what works for my body, instead of forcing a treatment that works for a patient with different biology onto me.

I was recently diagnosed with ADHD as a mid-30s adult. I have lived with this brain for a reasonable amount of time and never really realized it wasn't "normal". The doctor that I worked with here was so lovely. They were kind, considerate and thoughtful. They didn't treat me like I was someone who was seeking drugs (since it was actually the last thing I was thinking about). They treated me compassionately and with kindness. You would think that'd be the norm, but unfortunately it's not. The doctor who I worked with listened to my thoughts and provided meaningful feedback about things that I could do to manage the symptoms and feelings I was experiencing. We also were able to work together to come up with a great plan to start a very low dose of medication to see if it helped manage some of the symptoms. It's been a wonderful, peaceful experience. Instead of adding more stress to my day, it's been like talking to a friend. Highly recommend.

My experience with Done has been great so far. I'm on my second month and have no complaints. The process has been quick and easy. The doctor I am seeing has been very friendly, personable and helpful. I appreciate the flexible appointment times as well. Looking forward to continuing using Done.
