On my second month with Done, so far the experience has been great. The clinicians are excellent and responsive. I was skeptical at first, read some reviews with people having hard time with getting refills/appointment, some of that can be attributed to the website. It can be difficult to navigate sometimes, but my experience has been great. This is the future of healthcare, if you hate going to the doctor's office and waiting to get called in, then you will love this. Everything is virtual from the comfort of your home. Appointments are on time. I will update my review if anything changes.

I've been quite satisfied for the experience I've had thus far with Done. My insurance unfortunately wasn't accepted (Kaiser), but they worked with me to find an alternate solution. My only reason for rating 4 out of 5 is that this is my first and only experience with a psychiatrist, so it is difficult to say how they would compare to the competition. I'll update this as time goes on, but I see myself sticking with Done for the foreseeable future.

I get my meds and have a doctor on call that will get back to me within three days. They even gave me a ESA letter and does prior authorizations. There are a few cons. Like my appointments times are in Chicago time because my provider is in Chicago. But I’m not! Its a hour difference that I didn’t know till I missed my second appointment. It’s frustrating while I’m trying to have a follow up appointment for a new med and needs refill. 79 a month is cheaper than seeing a psychiatrist in person with my insurance unfortunately so this is the cheaper option.

Not inclusive of non-cis gender identities, had issues every month trying to get refills on time, not worth the cost for this service at all, and have so much regret for the money spent on this joke. Go with a local psych or a service that accepts insurance or has better customer service, because anything is better than Done. Needless to say, I'm done with Done. Edited to give one star instead of two, which I really only gave because the actual appointment I had was great, but went back to one star because everything else was frustrating and not good. Edited for update #2: I was contacted by their customer care after posting this review, and again was disappointed in their lack of gender inclusive language, was offered a refund for my service, and then they asked me to take my review down. They did absolutely nothing to address my concerns about gender inclusivity, and tried to bribe me into taking down my review/writing a better review with a refund. Let's also not forget this is LGBTQIA+ pride month. So leaving this at 1 star and as a warning to anyone that isn't Cisgender/hetero that they are not an inclusive company, and their excuses and support are hollow.

I've been a Done member for about a year now and it's been great! The providers are great and always provide me with detailed care that is unique to me ad my situation. It has allowed me to flourish in my work and at home

I was referred to Done by a friend and I was glad I listened to their advice. The whole process has been fairly simple and straightforward. I appreciate how open minded the clinician was and that she listened with an attentive ear and I opted to begin treatment right away. So far it's been working! My only complaint was that it took over a month to get an initial consultation. There was also an issue with my pharmacy getting a refill but the Done team worked diligently to get it rectified.

Done has truly been a life saver, especially considering the pandemic. Any time I’ve had questions or issues, they’ve been quick to help and work with me.
