I cannot be more grateful for finding Done. The ability to get help with my ADHD has changed my life. I’m better each day and I feel supported in my medications. Even my therapist outside of DONE-agreed with my prognosis.

My first appointment went well, The doctor was very kind and even made me laugh a couple times. He made sense of what I didn't understand about my symptoms. Though my symptoms are similar to ADHD, He suggested that it could be due to a sleep disorder. (Which made a lot of sense!) So we are trying a medication for that first. There was ONE issue. It was a long ten days of a pharmacy/insurance issue regarding my medication being rejected, my patience was worn thin. However, the Done support team was very communicative and helpful throughout. They didn't hesitate to reach out via phone and expedited the issue when realizing the problem was drawn out longer than normal. They have also set up preventives and reminders so this won't happen again when its time to refill. Issue resolved, and today was my first day of treatment, so far so good.

Since starting my Treatment through Done my life has greatly changed for the better.. I wish I had this service years ago!! I get so much more done then I ever was able too before.. as a mother of two working two jobs and having ADHD I would often find myself starting one task and never finishing it only to end up with 4/5 things going on then getting completely overwhelmed and then nothing done at all (vicious cycle) now I stay completely focused on what I'm doing and my performance at work has gotten much better as well even my bosses have noticed a difference! THANK YOU DONE!!

They have worked great for me. Going on my second month of service. No issues, Dr listened to me. She took into consideration of me knowing my condition and what helps. Haven't had no problems getting my meds. I would recommend them to my family members.

I have had a nearly seamless experience with this service, however for three months now they have failed to switch my pharmacy from publix ($24) to a mail order ($9). As someone unable to work bc of my disability, unfortunately this makes a big difference for me. Otherwise this service is wonderful

The done care team is knowledgeable, and answers questions in regard to adhd, coping skills and medication management that far surpass my previous experiences with most psychiatrists. I had a change in my insurance mid pandemic, and online psychiatry was no longer covered. I found Done. and was able to get on the right medication for an affordable price. Highly recommend.

Done. is awesome! I truly am grateful that I was able to find out about them, and it has really been nothing but a great experience since day 1 with them. I have no complaints whatsoever and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is struggling with ADHD and can’t access the necessary prescriptions for any reason.

I have tried seeking treatment for ADHD for years. Done were the first people that took me seriously. My doctor, Elizabeth is wonderful, understanding, and compassionate. However, I do wish they had a customer service phone number. Their email response time is not always great and to talk to customer service on the phone you need to make an appointment often two weeks out. That could use improvement.
