I have been using Done for quite a few months now and I so far I am satisfied with the service. With all the restrictions of COVID-19 it was hard to physically get an appointment with a therapist and that’s is when I did some research and discovered Done’s ADHD service and decide to give it a try. All problems and concerns where heard by the Specialist and if any medication was prescribed they send it to your preferred pharmacy. Communication is very fast with follow up questions and getting prescription renewed is simple.

I had always been hesitant to seek help for my ADHD symptoms because I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg for treatment. Once I heard about Done and did my own research, I decided to give it a try. I was incredibly grateful for the in-depth conversation about symptoms that I had with my practitioner. He has been helpful when I've needed to adjust my medication levels and the whole process of requesting a refill could not be simpler. I would recommend Done to anyone who feels they may be exhibiting signs of ADHD.

My provider is very clear and understanding of how ADD affects my daily life. She plays it safe and worked diligently on trying to get my dose at the right level. I love that. I’m giving it a 4 star review because the website interface for the portal is so confusing and oftentimes glitchy regardless of the browser. It would also be helpful if members could schedule their own follow ups themselves instead of asking the care team to do it for them.

I have been using Done’s ADHD care services for a few months now. While I was unsure about buying medication online and doing consultations over video chat I opted to use the service due to COVID-19 restrictions. Done’s team I have interacted with have been awesome. My assigned doctor did a great job with my intake and always listens to any concerns. If a medication is prescribed they send it straight to your pharmacy and refills are one click away. I highly recommend this service if anyone has questions/concerns about their ADHD.
