Fantastic!!! However scheduling needs a lot of work! If it wasn’t for the serious lack of being able to communicate and fix scheduling issues on the website (please IT fix this problem) I would give 5 stars. I love the person I’m seeing and feel completely understood. I am more functional now than I have ever been and I owe the thanks to Done.!!! It has been a miracle getting my ADHD taken care of and under control. I would suggest a better contact ability, like having an actual phone support line. Overall, I am very happy and satisfied with my care, thank you ❤️

Great providers and health service! Diagnosed me and got me meds for ADHD

If I could give zero starts I would. My provider was super helpful but support just went downhill since I started with them in April. My refills usually happen at the beginning of the month so set up my request as usual, received confirmation and I called the pharmacy a couple of days later to verify I could pick it up. Pharmacy said they did not have anything for me. I reached out to support who said the prescription was sent. I reached out to pharmacy again on August 12, still nothing. Eventually (on the 24th!) I got a message from Done saying there was an issue with my pharmacy and they were unable to send my script. Why did it take so long to tell me this? I could have provided alternative forms of communication for pharmacy earlier on. Then radio silence for days. I also wanted to see if I could get paperwork for work and same thing. Seems like requests eventually fall into some void where you never hear back. At this point it has been about a month since my last refill, I have been off my medications for a couple of weeks now and it shows. Although I have had a few good experiences with the service, messing with people's health like this is outrageous. *Edit: Want to make it clear that support by my provider was amazing. Edit 2: Updating rating due to fantastic support by my provider. I wish I had been able to reach them earlier. Edit 3: The big block for my prescription was the pharmacy to fill it. After working with my provider to find a chain pharmacy (think Kroger, CVS, Walgreens,etc) it was filled on the same day. I acknowledge this was out of Done’s hands. However, communication with support could have been much better in letting me know what was going on with the pharmacy sooner instead of support requests being bounced around different team members, me having to escalate through Facebook (I don’t even have an account, I had to create one for this) and ultimately TrustPilot. While I would love to add a star for my provider’s exceptional help, there is definitely room for improvement on the support end.

Have had great experiences with my NP, she's incredibly thoughtful and insightful with her advice and guidance. In the past with psych doctors I've felt like they were just ushering me through as quickly as possible, and it's great to get the one-on-one connection and treatment with Done. I've recommended to friends and family with ADHD, and definitely recommend if you're in need of ongoing ADHD treatment.

I have been using Done for 2 months and it has helped me. I have been intimidated by thought of going to a psychiatrist irl and Done made it easy to schedule an appointment with a friendly healthcare proffessional quickly. The support staff always responds quickly, which I noticed after chatting with them for awhile trying to get them to send prior authorization information to my insurance company. Finally we got it sorted out and I have not had a problem since.

Despite having three separate doctors diagnose me with ADHD, getting medication was an enormous hassle. Medication maintenance with Done has made it so much easier to access my medication on time. Communicating with doctors and staff is a breeze. I have never had to wait for my medication. This service has made life so much easier and not feeling like I have to prove myself is great. I know I have ADHD and I’m tired of having to beg for meds that help me. Done is a great service.
