I have had issues with focus for years. I was never properly diagnosed during childhood and this has caused so many problems in my life. I tried recently to get an appointment with a provider through my insurance and was told either...they don't treat adults with ADHD or that the wait for a provider who does would be months. I am 49 and currently on my 4th attempt at finishing my college degree, since finding DONE online my life has changed dramatically! The provider on DONE has been kind, caring and actually listens to me, this is so important. I have now been with DONE for 3 months and my grades in school are all A's. I have made the Dean's list for the first time in my life. I wish I would've found this service sooner. DONE is a game changer for adults that struggle with ADHD. Highly recommend for anyone considering getting help.

I live in a small rural town, my Primary Doctor sent referrals to many mental/behavioral health centers trying to get me help for my ADHD which was causing numerous other problems, however out of all of them none of the facilities treated ADHD. So out of desperation for help I researched online and found Done and oh my goodness what a blessing they have been. The process was so easy! I paid my initial fee, made an appointment with a mental health provider within my state. Seen the provider via telehealth within just a few days of initial payment. The provider was very kind, caring, compassionate, understanding and Listened to all of my concerns, she gave me an assessment and made the diagnosis of inattentive ADHD. She then prescribed medication for the diagnosis and it was ready at my local pharmacy within an hour. From that day on my life has changed so much for the better, I can focus like never before and complete all tasks at hand. I feel so much better all the way around and I sure I’m a much more pleasant person to be around. I am 100% pleased with the service that I have received. Thank You Done!

This service has been extremely smooth sailing for me the past 2 months that I have joined! I was able to get my first consultation and prescription within 24 hours of deciding to get a membership. My doctor is very intelligent and kind as well as quite responsive with any questions or concerns I have brought up through the portal. Great experience so far!

After 4 months of using Done I couldn’t be happier. I’ve always been too nervous to go into a doctors office to seek help with my ADHD. Done has been the perfect solution. This is a really great service. I was able to finally get treatment for ADHD and I really liked my doctor. Only reason I gave it 4 stars was that I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, but it was well worth the wait.

So far, after 2 full months of working with Done to get my ADHD under control, I can honestly say the process has been more painless and easy than I imagined. The sign up and initial consultation were quick (and virtual, so big plus that I could do it from my wfh office), both to schedule and process. I also love that I can login to request prescription refills and schedule time to meet with my care provider at the click of a button. The provider I met with was thorough in his diagnoses and in his explanation of options for treatment. Can’t recommend Done enough!

Such an easy process and makes getting your medication painless. The doctors and support staff couldn’t be any more helpful. So glad I came across this service!
