I had been researching for around a year looking for an ADHD practitioner in my city, but every brick-and-mortar provider was far too expensive for me. I was sick and tired of struggling, so I decided to try Done after seeing their ads. The sign up process was easy, including insurance & identify verification. My provider Laura was so kind and helpful during our first appointment and she really validated my experience. I have seen a huge change in my life since starting with Done. The membership fee is reasonable and checking in with your provider is easy. I always feel like I can get help & feedback. It’s truly the best way for me to manage my meds & ADHD - no in person appointments to forget about!

Fast and Simple Easy to use, doctors are very available and responsive but don't bother you if your treatment is going well

Done First has been an excellent resource for treating ADHD. Over the course of 3 months I had been searching for help but after finding Done I had my initial appointment scheduled and began taking medication. Doctor Shapard has been more than amazing as well. I have suggested them to friends and family who all were able to get treated as well. If you are not sure how to begin treating ADHD I highly recommend using Done.

It’s been 4 months since I started using Done. The first available appointment was in 2 weeks compared to 3 months with the psychiatrist that was in my area and covered by my insurance. The meeting took less than 10 minutes. The prescription was sent to my insurance the same day. The process is very smooth. Now every month I send a message to my nurse practitioner saying I’m doing ok and asking to renew the prescription. Works very well and totally worth the money.

The first month with Done was great! I had a informative and funny conversation with a provider and picked up my prescriptions a couple hours later with ease. The next month, I visited Michigan and had a lot of difficulty receiving my prescriptions there, which I chalk up to a faulty Rite Aide and recently changed state laws that made it more difficult to transfer over prescriptions. I believe this to be true because when I sent my prescriptions over to CVS, they were clear and efficient, whereas Rite Aide had given me multiple different answers and excuses that didn’t line up with Done whatsoever. At Rite Aide, I was told by a pharmacist that they had no idea when the medication would be in stock, and that my prescription was bad. I called them again a day later and was told that the women I had spoken too wasn’t a regular pharmacist at that Rite Aide and was completely wrong. This went on about four times. Very frustrating. Done was incredibly patient with my various frantic emails and dealt with the situation calmly. Thanks Done and CVS!

The providers at done are exceptionally helpful. They helped me find the treatment plan that worked best for me, and it was actually affordable. I can't tell you how many times I've left a doctors office with anxiety over how much money the treatment I had just received is going to cost, even with insurance. The providers at done helped me cut through all that bs and were sympathetic and caring throughout.

The application was very user friendly and my Doctor was great. She explained how medication will help me and how to take it properly and safe. She was there to answer any questions and address concerns. I’d recommend this company to anyone I know. My symptoms have been under control for the first time in years.

Convenient is an understatement. I’m a mother of 3, my older 2 have been home from school since COVID hit and my youngest was born weeks before the first lockdowns. Needless to say I was struggling and getting away for a traditional appointment seemed impossible. After my first appointment my doctor was able to come up with a plan that was well suited for my specific needs. I was breastfeeding at the time and that was a big factor, but my doctor has been very accommodating. The only issue I’ve had was the fault of my pharmacy, and customer service has been incredibly helpful in resolving the issue each time.
