After trying for months to see any sort of therapist or psychiatrist to diagnose and help me treat my condition, I decided to sign up for Done. Within a day, I was able to schedule an appointment with a Psychiatric N.P. From there, I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Yina Cruz who listened to my history and was able to diagnose me and provide me with long term care solutions. The process for reaching out for further consultations has been easy and painless. I do wish there was the option to respond to threads within the consultation tab, as you currently have to start a new conversation for every interaction. Other than that, I have had a great experience so far, and I would highly recommend this service.

I have been working with Catherine Colson for a couple months. I am very happy with the progress I am making and think that it is worth the money. I am noticing positive changes in my overall mental health and I think the way Catherine listens and asks the appropriate questions is what makes her great. She listens, is very responsive to any questions, and has adjusted my medications appropriately that is benefiting my overall well being. Very happy and would recommend this service to everyone!

I've been using Done for the past 7 months, and I've had such a wonderful experience. I initially registered for another company who provides a similar online service. The wait for my initial appointment was 5-6 weeks! I was so blown away and decided to cancel and switch to Done. I had my first appointment the day after I registered. Registration is pretty easy. You take a short quiz to find out if you qualify. You enter some information and schedule your first appintment. I love the Doctor that I'm paired with for my treatment. She is really personable, and totally understands me. I always did really well in school, which I thought meant there was NO WAY I could have ADHD. But that's a total myth. With ADHD you can focus on things that you enjoy and want to focus on. Because I enjoyed school and it was easy for me, I was able to focus on it. I had my first issues in law school, as I had never studied before. My doctor totally understood this, and has a lot of similar high-functioning female patients. She said a lot of the systems I developed to mask my symptoms fell apart during the pandemic, which is why I was having such a hard time during the past year. I was really good at masking and developing systems to make up for the areas I struggle with like some executive functioning. But these things fell apart for me, which is why I was seeking treatment. With two kids at home, two dogs, not leaving the house etc, I just could not get my work done and be productive. I see her as needed. For the first few months I saw her monthly. Now I can go a few months without seeing her and get refills. I believe where I live I need to see her at least every 3 months. I never have a problem scheduling appts or getting my refills. I highly suggest Done!

I have struggled my whole life with inattentive type ADHD. Since I am a woman with primarily i-type, I wasn’t diagnosed as a child, but I always struggled harder than anyone around me with school and work and motivation/executive function. I felt like I would never be able to get diagnosed because I had heard stories of how women and especially primarily inattentive type women were so often dismissed by their mental healthcare providers… But at 41 I woke up one morning and decided I had struggled enough. It was time to get a diagnosis and treatment. I made an appointment with Done because psychiatrists are hard to come by in my small rural town. I was so nervous for my appointment, but my provider quickly made me feel at ease. After I told her a bit about myself, She essentially described the struggles I had experienced in my life as though she knew everything about me… because she knows exactly how ADHD looks in women. I am now 2 months into my treatment plan and it has been truly life changing for me. The team at Done has been responsive, helpful, and compassionate. I finally feel supported in managing my ADHD and I am making moves to balance my life in ways I never thought possible before. My only regret is that I didn’t start sooner!

Done. has done a wonderful job in matching me up with a service provider that actually listens to me. They are also very quick to resolve any issues with very good costumer support.

I am so glad I found Done, it is an absolute lifesaver. It is so easy to book an appointment and talk to a doctor from the comfort of your own home, get all your questions answered though the customer portal, and get refills sent over to your pharmacy when you run out of medication. I am so grateful to finally have the medication I need in order to be successful working from home, which was the most difficult aspect of my life due to my ADHD.

Done has been so helpful to me and my mental health. When I moved to another state they made the process of switching doctors and getting medication seamless. When my prescription was going to run out the day I needed to fly on a trip, they helped me to get it refilled early and worked with the pharmacy. I really recommend them for ADHD and depression treatment.
