Warning! Do not use this service! Soon after I inquired about this service and got signed up, I was charged $200 before I even had an appointment. After I saw the charge, I was upset and I tried to cancel my appointment. Customer service did not reach out for a while 24 hours so I attended the appointment so didn’t waste the doctors time. The doctor did not prescribe me any medication, which was okay. Weeks later, I received another charge of $80! For what? Who knows? This company will provide you with nothing and then continue to pull money from your bank account. They also conveniently have a policy where they do not offer any refunds. This service is a scam and I would not recommend to anyone.

Everything is as expected

This is such a helpful way to get people on track with their mental health. I work almost 70 hours a week and I'm a full-time mom of two busy teens. Dr. Soto, listened to me, talked me through the process and his treatment in detail. Someone is finally listening to me which lead me to be more productive on a daily basis, helped my stress levels and finally my family time became more about them and not about a project I procrastinated on because I was overwhelmed.

Pros: -They send reminders before your first appt which is essential. -Appt is okay. Diagnosis was debatable. -Overall the first appt is easy. Cons: -Zero reminders of 2nd appt. -Zero check-ins after missed appt. - Zero meds renewed. -Ive already asked about next steps and all they do is send this review for me to fill out. Twice. -Now I'm out of meds & having withdraw/migraines. -Oh, and of course they charged me for the 2nd appt that I never received. Do I recommend Done? Not now.

Done. is a scam sight -- they cannot perscibe adhd meds in nyc and use false advertising to get you to schedule an appointment. Then they use bad refund practices so they charge you pretty much no matter what. They don't have to guarantee a service. They essentially stole $100 from me. I would not use them or recommend them. I think they should probably be shut done.

Easy to book appts, the providers actually listen and care. Love that I can receive care from my home. They always either text or call to make sure I’m happy with my experience and make sure I was able to get my medication without issues. Sometimes the app is a little buggy, but if I use the website, I have no issues. Have been using Done for over a year, Definitely recommend!

Renewed my membership in April. (It had been paused for a year). Needed to schedule an appointment with a provider. My online portal is paused so I’m unable to request a membership. Emails (because they don’t have a phone number) go around in circles which makes me think it’s just AI. No resolution. Ive paid for the Membership with an online portal that hasn’t been turned back on since April, it’s now June. No portal, no appointment….no appointment, no medication refill. Getting help is next to impossible. So disappointed in my experience this time with Done and would not recommend to anyone.
