Very Helpful, the team understands how to really help their patients

I’ve been with Done for about eight months now, and my experience has been very positive overall. There was a snafu or two at the beginning, but they were addressed by the Care Team immediately and there were never any treatment interruptions for me. Speaking of the Care Team, they’ve always been responsive for me personally, and on the few occasions I’ve contacted them, I usually heard from them within the same day (often within a couple hours). I’ve gotten my refills on time each month (of note, I request them manually and don’t use the automated service, so I can’t speak to that), and my prescriptions have always been correct. My work and personal life have improved immensely since my ADD has been managed appropriately, and I genuinely feel lucky to have access to this service! As someone who lives in a more rural area, getting in with a psychiatrist would take many months even in pre-pandemic times, so the option to access care from my phone and laptop is very appreciated.

I have been a member with Done since Aug 2021. After sitting on the fence about ADHD treatment for years and continuing to struggle in my personal and professional life, I set up an appointment and was very excited to connect with a great provider. My provider is always very understanding and easy to talk to, organized, and able to help me out with any issues I’m having. I also have had great experiences with Done’s customer service and scheduling teams, weather it be account issues, scheduling difficulties, or general questions, the teams have been prompt and helpful in addressing my questions and concerns. This service is truly one of the best things that I have done for myself in the past year and I recommend it to anyone looking for this type of treatment.

I already had a diagnosis but my old provider was always overbooked and hard to reach. And when my old dr began to miss my refill requests and make me hand carry insurance authorizations to other people (very hard when you have adhd but are not on your medication!) the stress of these monthly tasks just felt impossible. I knew I had to change Drs. So I decided to try Done - it was simple, My Done appointment was easy to schedule and the Dr I saw was lovely and helpful. The provider listened and explained the process and helped me get back on a stable medication schedule and dosage that was right for me. She treated me like the 48 year old grown up I am. And best of all, it was low drama - to get the prescription and get it filled was a 100% better experience with Done. ADHD medication management needs to be consistent to be helpful- and now I’m able to keep moving in my life without so much stress and instability. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is bc once you sign up and are on a physicians roster- the website is a little confusing. I found myself wishing it were its own app or that it could tie into Healow, so you could get reminders and track it a little better against other medical stuff, via mobile device or calendar tie in.

I moved to a new state and have not had luck setting up an appointment with a new therapist in my area. I was very relieved to sign up for Done, meet with a provider right away, and get the medications I need to help me function. The process has been smooth and I recommend it to anyone who may be struggling with their mental health.

My experience with Done has been like no other patient-doctor experience I’ve ever had. My personal physician, who’ve I’ve been with since joining, is always available for consultations. Even at a moments notice. Her and her staff continue to show support in many way, not only been helping me with my medications for ADHD, but by trying to treat me as a whole person. I would recommend Done to anyone who has ADHD and would rather utilize telemedicine and an online platform than wait in a doctors office to see a nurse that doesn’t know you. I will continue to use Done’s services for as long as I can! Couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received, and this is coming from someone who has been struggling with ADHD, depression, and anxiety for way too long.

I was very impressed with how streamlined and easy the process was. They have a great administrative staff to answer any questions and provide support alone the way. Easy to navigate website. The licensed therapists are all very credentialed and genuinely care for your well being. You can meet with them via mobile device or laptop. Once the proper medication is prescribed, they call in the prescription and even advise on best ways to save in regards to paying (GoodRx, etc). Overall, highly recommended.

The service is a bit expensive, but I feel like my provider Melanie treated me with compassion and listened to my concerns very well. She did a great job involving me in my own care decisions. The platform is easy to use and review your treatment plans on.
