My initial consultation with provider, Elana the nurse practitioner went extremely well. She listened to all of my questions and concerns, she was very thorough explaining different options and eased my anxiety about starting medication. She follows up via email to check on me regularly asking if I am experiencing any side effects, making sure I check my blood pressure regularly and to ask if I have questions or concerns. I have avoided medications for ADHD pretty much my entire adulthood and now wish I would have started sooner. Highly recommend DONE if you’re exploring your options for treating ADHD.

Easy to make appointments with the provider. She is receptive, listens, and is always extremely helpful. Refills done in a timely manner. Extremely convenient way to receive mental health care in the privacy of your home.

I have been with Done for several months. It started out fine, I really liked my provider and the service seemed like it was really streamlining my care so I wouldn't have to worry so much. A few months after I signed up, it started to go downhill. Barely any communication with my provider, constantly messing up my prescriptions so that I am unable to get my proper care on time. They switched providers on me with no explanation and just randomly scheduled times with the new one without asking or warning me first. Refills give me anxiety every month and I spend hours either calling my pharmacy or practically begging the lackluster "support" team to fix the issue. I have been out of my prescription many times because they don't have their s*&t together. I pay way too much every month for this service that brings me anxiety and stress and does not help me in any way. Stay far away. They just want your money and don't provide a helpful service. Edit: It's thoroughly amazing to me that I can get a response from Done on Trustpilot in an hour but it often takes days to get a response from them on their own platform. This perfectly illustrates the problem - it's all about the looks of a functioning business rather than being a functioning business. Second edit: Done tried to have my review removed by labeling it as "unverified". It is now back up because I was able to verify my membership of their terrible service for almost a year. Done knows their target demographic - people with ADHD - are likely not going to bother with uploading documentation to prove they used a service just to leave a review. I imagine I'm not the only one and that they've probably had many other accurate reviews removed. Done: why are you spending more time on damage control instead of fixing your broken system and app?

My experience has overwhelmingly been positive. My initial meeting with my practitioner was productive and efficient (something I'm not used to when it comes to healthcare). I felt heard and understood during my meeting. When prescribed medication, I was educated on what was being prescribed and potential side effects, so I felt prepared. Fortunately, I have not needed any adjustment in medication or anything like that, but I have been able to easily schedule follow up appointments regardless. For me, it has been a great experience and has really set me on the right path to care properly for my health.

Do not use Done if you live in California. They are in violation of the law. I requested my medical records over a month ago and they have failed to provide them. That is illegal. They continue to dick me around every damn month. Last month it took them almost 2 weeks since I requested a refill before they managed to get my provider to send it to a pharmacy. I had to call every single day multiple times and I was not able to pick it up in my home state. I had to waste time on vacation and pick it up in another damn state because these people cannot do their job. After the first month they’ll be pushing their little online pharmacy telling you thats the only place that has adderall in all of SoCal. If you don’t pay their extortion fee and use their suspicious pharmacy, good luck. They are going to respond with the same bs copy and paste response about how theyre so sorry and its not like them. Thats a lie. Ive been dealing with this unprofessional pill farm every damn month since the second month. Theyre going to say please reapond to the request for more information but thats just so they look like they actually care to you reading this. They don’t and they never follow through. To done and their copy and paste response: just do your damn job. I dont want to be placated by some dumb moron who wont be able to help me actually get my prescription. I dont want to hear bs about pharmacies not having my medication in stock. There are thousands of pharmacies in LA. That is not an excuse

Online evaluation and experience with the provider is very user friendly. I have been able to get my questions answered and have adjustments made to my treatment plan. The online format really works well for my schedule.

Done and my therapist provided excellent and efficient care for my treatment needs. They have versatile contact options which is great for my busy schedule, and respond promptly for any follow up appointments or questions. I had seen ads for Done for a while and I'm only sad I didn't start with them sooner!

I’m horrified by the reviews I have just read but I can only speak for myself so I will. I’ve been using them for 3 months. Any time I have an issue I email them and the solution is always solved with in 48 hours. My physician has been excellent. So far it’s 5 stars for me.
