Over the last week I've had a much better experience than last month. Seems like they are better staffed or perhaps my previous complaints have been heard. The only thing missing for a 5 star review is refill waiting times. Seems like I can never get a refill in time and have to wait a day or so but this time it was much better than waiting over 7 days.

Done has been amazing! Very streamlined and straight forward. Very helpful, educational, and a life saver on time. No more Dr visits, or worry about a prescription fill. They get it all DONE for you.

Done. was extremely helpful, educational and responsive to my needs. I knew I had focus and concentration issues, didn't know why, but I needed to get help with this "embarrassment". My provider knew right away what my issue was based on symptoms and prescribed medication to help right away. Night and day difference once I got the prescription with the appropriate dosage. We adjusted after the first month and I feel like a new person. Thank you! I wish I would have Done this sooner is my only regret.

Interview was smooth and at the scheduled time. My provider walked me through everything thoroughly. I was diagnosed and given a plan quickly. The plan I was given is perfect and has made a big difference in my day to day.my prescriptions have been filled on time and if I have questions they're typically answered within an hour. All in all it's been good so far

Very easy streamlined process, once you have appointment scheduled. Do your best to schedule ahead of time because they might be booked 4-6 weeks. Also, very responsive for any support questions. 10/10 recommend.

It is wonderful to have an easy (and digital) option to discuss my current focus issues. Not only did my therapist assist and identify problems, they helped me understand why I was reacting in certain ways. I was prescribed medication and worked with my contact to adjust accordingly.

I have had a great experience with Done. My provider is kind, caring, and helpful. Out first visit ran way over time but she did not rush me or even mention it, which I truly appreciated. I have had a few follow ups and each has been helpful. My provider is extremely responsive and has helped me find the right medication and dosage.

I’ve been a with them for about a year now and have had a good experience. They are always helpful and quick to fill my prescription when I’m due.
