The WORST - scam likely! I wish I could give a rating lower than one star... Their website touts up to 72 hr response time, yet I've waited over 2 weeks. You can't get anyone on the phone other than a call center rep. who will 'submit a ticket and they'll get back to you'. The provider sent the wrong script to my pharmacy and I tried for 20 days to get it corrected -- so many messages via the portal, calls to/from the call center. No real responses and nothing rectified with the provider or pharmacy for that month or even subsequent month. I finally gave up and have been trying to transfer my records to my GP. I've submitted all of the required requests and HIPPA record request forms. I've been waiting 12 days for them to send records. Received notification that they were sent yet my doctor has no record. I continue to try to follow up via email, customer service number (only one I could find) -- they then provided another number for me to contact "call support" because they were "pharmacy support". The number doesn't exist and immediately hangs up. Followed up again and after 15 minutes of them telling me the "non-working number" was the only one they had on record, another number was supplied. Yet, that number just leaves you on hold listening to terrible music indefinately. This is the worst service I've ever seen -- basically non existent. They take your money, don't respond, mess up your script/medical care and then you can't even get away. DO NOT USE DONE! Stay away!

THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAM!!! I am so surprised this “company” hasn’t been taken down. Unless you want to waste $200+, I highly recommend you just go to a trusted clinic (in person) and use a REAL provider. Also - I go back to cancel the membership and the site all of a sudden says feedback error over and over again. What an ultimate scam! Reporting them to the police for fraud.

***update, I was swiftly contacted by customer service and my issue was remedied. Thank you DoneFirst! *** First and foremost- The healthcare professional I was assigned to is excellent and none of my complaints pertain to her. On the other hand, the date that the company lists your refill isn’t accurate on the donefirst portal. I was told they sent a refill to my pharmacy four days ago-which they did not-(it takes some travel for me to get there which is not pleasant to arrive from this journey realizing they never filled your script) and the customer support end is definitely lacking. There is no customer service number you can call when they miss the mark. Communication is sorely lacking with this company. My best guess is there a lack of solid tech/communication between the healthcare provider and the donefirst staff. Not really sure what I should do at this point but I’m definitely considering ending my use of this service and trying another telemedicine service or just going to in-person treatment. It’s a bummer because the first couple months were great for my mental health and I didn’t have too many issues or complaints but I’ve noticed it’s gotten worse over time.

Terrible. No communication. They can't write prescriptions in Texas - they can't do auto refills, but the kicker is I was told none of this until a span of multiple emails and calls after requesting a fill that was supposed to be done on December 26th. It's not February 1st. My first initial appointment went well, prescription was sent in an filled in 3 days. I cannot get an appointment with a provider - the calendar option isn't there. I can't cancel in the portal - its definitely a scam. They told me they were sending it to my preferred Walgreens. 3 days later they said it was being delivered by RXscripts. Then 5 days later they said RXscripts was out. So, I sent them 6 local pharmacies. 3 days later they came back and said "it was sent to RXscripts for mail delivery but they are out." I have no idea who RXscripts is. The only reason I was able to stretch my script into January is because I was off so much during the holiday season. It's critical for me right now. Work is literally ramping up and I'm all over the place. Last night they told me its a shortage. I told them the pharmacies in my area don't have a shortage - they are just waiting on a prescription...and that's when they finally said their NP can't subscribe in Texas. They also told me take the autofill button off because it doesn't work. lol. I asked for a refund of the last 2 payments because no one communicated this to me. They said they can't do that. Same 2 people seem to answer the phone. It's despicable at this point. $360 at this point, 1 month of a script, 1 appointment - no fills and no follow ups. I've had to cancel my card. It's unacceptable. They should be ashamed. **ADDING** |They are continuing this farce. They attempted to scam me out of an additional $40 today. After writing this review someone responded wanting a 'reference' number (like they give that out. lol) And then someone text me saying the prescription was on the way I needed to review my address and agree. I go to email and its asking for permission to charge my card $40 so the prescription can be processed. BUT HOW... the prescription should be sent to the pharmacy of my choice and I thought they couldn't prescribe in Texas. I asked for confirmation and background info - no response. As I stated, I have to CANCEL my credit card because the payment method in the portal is not visible. When I attempted to cancel the service I didn't get a confirmation - I just got booted out of the portal with messages that the profile doesn't exit. This is completey unnerving. I believe unfortunately, this is a site run by non-americans and/or immigrant practicioners who are outsourcing everything through a google phone. This was a horrific waste. It was theft. It's a scam. RUN.

Update to horrible experience They do not have a prescribing Doctor in Texas. They took my money and can't deliver on the getting me a prescription. Went round and round with them. 10 or so phone calls. Now today when I went to Log In in order to see if there was any update communication, I see that they canceled my account. Did they refund my money? Nope. Charged me over $200 when they are NOT able to write perceptions in Texas. LOL What a scam
