Great Service. Bad communication platform.
I would certainly say that setting initial appointment was quite simple and RX was promptly sent to pharmacy. However, after several attempts to reach provider (or wire literally anyone at this point has proven near impossible. My meds need to be sent to a different pharmacy (not sure how to do that since I have no contact person). I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and speaking with my doctor and the appointment setting and Rx initial fill and refills could not have been smoother. If it was just a little more convenient to speak to someone regarding your treatment options or just questions I would have no complaints.

My doctor was nice and personable and…
My doctor was nice and personable and worked with me throughout some medication adjustments. We found something that works for me and it gets called into the pharmacy within a day, maybe two at the most, of requesting it. Easiest most helpful app ever.
