Excellent customer service. Great consultation and virtual visits with physician/NP. I feel that they really listen and care about my struggles with ADD, and how to address common problems associated with ADD. I am finally getting things DONE and able to stay focused throughout my workday. This service has helped me tremendously.

Loving it!! Ever since I moved from EU, to tUSA I have had struggled to find care for my ADHD. Now thanks to Done I can have access to my treatment again after 5 years off them.. 5years that I struggled with work and study that were affected by my ADHD. Now I’m Done with all the ADHD struggles thanks to Done. 🤪😝

I have had an extremely easy and supportive experience with Done. Almost all issues with my pharmacy they have dealt with directly on my behalf. My doctor was very helpful and supportive and my prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately. Each month the team sends my prescription in a timely fashion. They also have always responded to me within 24 hours - even on the weekends! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a supportive way to deal with ADHD.

It has now been exactly 1week since my initial consultation with a practitioner and was supposed to have my medication sent to my pharmacy within 24-48hrs. I called my pharmacy to check the status and the explained they didn’t have anything on file for me. I tried reaching out to done through the portal multiple times and never received a response. I sent a scathing email to done explaining my experience and how unsettling it was to not receive any feedback or updates on my messages in regards to my medication. Then and ONLY then did I receive a bs response saying how sorry they were and they would be reaching out with a resolution shortly…surprise they didn’t lol. I’ve called every single day since and have received the same response with ZERO resolution to this issue. Needless to say all they will do is give you the run around and you’ll have to chase after your prescription from day 1.

I started w/Dr Patrick Cortado in September of 2021 & I have had a wonderful experience! He refills my prescriptions on time every month & always responds in my patient portal if I have any questions about my medications. He is on time for every appointment & asks me how I am feeling & listens to my concerns & addresses them! I have struggled for years with anxiety and ADHD & he walked me through the process with my symptoms and has helped me find a comfortable dosage every time! I feel better every month with the medication adjustments and I am so happy to not struggle anymore and thankful to find someone who listens! Even my husband & daughters have noticed a huge difference! Thank you Dr!!!

Request change in Pharmacy led to disaster. I asked for a change of pharmacy given the current medication shortage where I live. The next thing I know: They sent the prescription to my usual pharmacy. I told them about the mistake and explained again that in my usual pharmacy, the medicine is in backorder. I gave them again the info for the new pharmacy. Next thing I know, they sent the prescription to a VA pharmacy (I am not in the military). I have no idea where they got the idea of sending it to the VA pharmacy. I tried to contact them, but this time around, there is no response and no answer either by phone or by email. I sent a complaint to their main office and they replied with the same generic email they have responded with in the past. The email states that a change of pharmacy takes 5 biz days ( they need to cancel the wrong prescription and send a new one). So I have to wait 5 biz days because somebody who has no regard for their patients, didn't attentively read my request. A request that if given the proper importance could have avoided a great deal distress for me and my family. Today I will be running out of my medicine. I will be flying out of the US on Sat on a work trip and given the state of things I will do so without a new prescription, thanks to this company, their practices and lack of regard for their patients. If its true that they reply to this reviews within 24 hours, then it means that they care more about the reviews that the care about their patients.

First, I want to say the initial consultation was ok and the meds I was prescribed have been very helpful to me. That said, it is nearly impossible to get any communication with regard to refills. I see the monthly fee being assessed while I wait for someone to call in the script and in the most recent case, was given a different medication without notice that was not as effective and tried to get back to my regular script for over 10 days. Thankfully, I had enough left of the less effective meds to get through without a huge crash. My job is very demanding and I cannot afford to not be at the top of my game every day. I would like to see some changes made that create a service level agreement requiring communication within 24 hours. Folks need their meds, their correct medication, in a timely manner without hassles if they are paying 80 bucks a month plus the cost of the medication.

I highly recommend this service. I absolutely recommend this service. Every step has been easy, efficient, and helpful. I was able to get my medicine the same day as my first appointment, which allowed me to managed my day quite well. Getting refills was equally as easy.
