Great experience with Done. Life changing in fact. Going through the standard in-person medical process is scary and intimidating to me & with ADHD untreated before starting, even harder. Done made starting / getting treatment easy. My "provider" is great and very responsive. There have been a few bugs on the website but those are normal growing pains for a new product (I work in tech so I'm familiar with this process). Overall would recommend!

It was nice meeting he understood what I was saying and help me get to where I wanted to be.

My therapist was amazing, she was knowledgable, respectful and so encouraging ! Truly an expert in her field !

It's still early but I've had a wonderful experience. I work in the health care industry and Done. is changing the game. They are allowing patients to be patients. I've spent my entire life masking my ADHD symptions but I'm exhausted now. I've been dismissed or shrugged off when I've tried to talk about my symptoms with my primary doctors in the past. I was very nervous at my first appointment. My Done. provider asked a lot of questions to explore my concerns. I didn't self diagnose. I just wanted to talk. I felt respected. I felt heard. I was educated. The appointment wasn't dry and clinical. It was a conversation. (and a lot of questions too) I had mentioned I'm a big reader and he gave me 2 really great titles tailored to my situation. I've downloaded both books and they're amazing. Done. also sent a several reminders leading up to the appointment which I appreciated. (I frequently miss meetings and appointments) We did decide to start medication and I see improvment. I'm a better person. The best version of me is easier now. Done is sending emails and texts to check in. I'm not on hold or wait lists. This is what being a patient is suppose to look like.

So far so good. The company has taken good care of me. Any hiccups along the way have been addressed and I’m currently a happy customer. I look forward to addresssing my health issues with Done Health assisting me along the way.
